Pros: Finishes look nice. Decent location. Amenities. Cons: Walls are really thin, can always hear TV and music from other apartments. Can always smell smoke from other apartments too. No screens on the windows, apartments and hallways are full of bugs once weather gets warm and people start to open their windows. Management company is really rude. Advice to landlord: Clean up the building. Stop focusing on attracting new tenants and deal with issues first.

Pros: Apartments look nice, but poor quality Cons: Want to listen to music from your neighbors all day and night? Even on a Monday at 9 am? This is the building for you. Cops are here daily to break up parties and building does nothing to stop the noise. Advice to landlord: Stop the noise

Pros: The location is nice. The people who work in the building are nice and helpful. Cons: The building management is the worst. I ask simple questions and get nasty responses. The windows look nice but can’t open due to the mosquito problem and are drafty. Advice to landlord: Get a new management company.

Pros: Used to be good. New management company is terrible. Cons: So loud! Constant music from every direction. Constant smell of either cigarettes or weed. Building does nothing to stop it. Advice to landlord: Actually listen to the only residents left who have to complain about the issues instead of trying to entice new renters to fill all the empty apartments.

The walls are way too thin. We listen to loud music, TVs, and parties all day and night from several neighbors. We've had to buy new headphones, ear plugs, fans, white noise machines, etc. just to get through the day until our lease is up. The building does not care and has not done anything effective to help stop the noise. The staff that works in the building is great, but the management company is terrible. There's a website to pay rent, but it's never updated with balances due or history of payments. They send nasty emails to residents if questioned about keeping track of rent payments.

Pros: Building staff exclusive of leasing / mngt team is inviting and extremely nice to tenants. Cons: Major air conditioning issues. Constant system fail. Refusal to work with tenants during covid-19 pandemic. Building is not as clean as it use to be. Advice to landlord: Building interior needs to be touched up with paint. Building should care about existing tenants as much as they care about new tenants. Amenities should be discounted especially since no outside guests are allowed during the pandemic.

Friendly staff, professional service (concierge, maintenance staff fixes anything day of with top quality), clean, modern building (gorgeous), great neighborhood and quality finishes (appliances, fixtures are good quality). Great amenities (3 roof decks, game room, outstanding gym, large gathering spaces and professional kitchen).

overpriced in my opinion - do not move in unless you like cheap construction. Beautiful neighborhood and nice design + friendly staff but thats about it. Cheap material cause things to break, and walls are not soundproof.

I had a bad experience with management as well, I don't think they treat tenants with too much respect. The apartment is charming from the outlook but built with cheap material that wears away as time goes by.
