Do NOT move into this building unless you like cheap construction, loud music, noisy neighbors and domestic disputes at all hours of the day and night. The front desk does not address noise complaints. When writing an email to noise offenders isn't effective, management doesn't know how to handle issues and ignores complaints.

I love this community because the staff, building and services are excellent. The location is great and offers easy access to so many restaurants and transportation. The application and move process was very easy and the entire staff was so accommodating!

I am so happy to say that being a part of the 365 Bond family has really been the best thing for me and my new baby. Regardless of the amenities, which can be found in almost all new buildings these days, the doormen, porters and all the staff have been like a second family to me. Whether I was walking the halls for hours and hours at a time trying to get my newborn to sleep or needing a break from my baby... they have ALL been there to help me: holding her when I was exhausted, talking to me when I was bored, laughing with me, making her laugh and smile. They have seen her grow up in the past 8 months and she loves going down to the lobby to play with everyone! The lifestyle in the building itself is obviously incredible... but combine that with the staff and it becomes home. I'm so grateful to them and will be telling my baby about her first year of life with such fond memories.

Had a studio with a great southern view of Brooklyn, with the F elevated subway line in the distance. Large windows, even for a studio. Large walk-in closet. Building has all the amenities and is super quiet. No sounds from above, below, side, or even street traffic. Hot water included, and the electric for heating/air-conditioning ran, at most, $80/month. Verizon FIOS was $15.99/month. Love having a washer/dryer, and quiet dishwasher. All Bosch appliances. The only negative is limited subway lines (F, G, and R). Between Carroll Gardens and Park Slope, both have great restaurant options. Only reason for moving out is because I purchased a home.
