Pros: Good location, generally helpful supers, a lot of space for its price. Other people complain about roaches, but I never saw any since Elvis and Amela took over the building in 2020. Cons: Terrible soundproofing - one wall separating my apartment from the next one was put later (before that it was one unit) and is extremely thin; floors are very thin too. You can hear your neighbors all the time. The radiators banging would occasionally get extremely loud, to the point I couldn't sleep at night. Some neighbors were weird - an arrogant party guy (moved out later), at least three covid deniers. The owner was hard to reach and didn't accept electronic payments. Hallways could be cleaner and nicer. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and take better care of the building

Pros: it is a quiet building which is nice. Cons: Tons and tons and tons of roaches. lots of water leaks. Pealing ceilings. non responsive management. failure to fix water damage. There will be roaches in your bed, in your food, in your couch - legit everywhere. Advice to landlord: GET RID OF THE INFESTATION OF ROACHES.

Pros: Quiet place, lots of space, good garbage management Cons: So many bugs, terrible landlords who won’t solve problems, repeated floodings that’s the LL doesn’t care about fixing (for me 4 times in 4 months at one point - landlords reaction was “you should feel bad about the guy upstairs because he has no family even though he won’t stop flooding your unit”) landlord never fixed the water damage in years of me being there. Advice to landlord: Care more about fixing issues
