The worst management ever the worst landlord ever racist , rude, unfair, discriminates tenants and does not do background checks!!! The old super was a drug addict there is people doing Airbnb in this building , there are drug addict tenants who over dose in this building it is dirty did not follow a single covid protocol I have never seen the landlord or supers or anyone in the building besides the tenants wear a mask. The elevators shut down while you’re inside them and you drop down 4 floors the hot water does not work In the winter , the heat does not work it is freezing in the apartment constantly there is wind coming from cracks in the windows the house whistles and the chandeliers move back and forth . It’s a terrible building it should not at all be advertised as luxury

My husband and I have lived in a one bedroom and a studio in this building. This was our first place together and we were very excited. However, I do not think living in this building is a good decision. Overall, I loved my granite countertops and spacious open floor plan. I loved that their was a gym. The management, however is EXTREMELY rude. I had a big issue with them at one point and tried to email the head of the management and no response. This was during our transition from a one bedroom to a studio. Also, there is always dog poop outside of the building. When we forget our keys (probably happened 3 times over course of living here), the super was not available. When we had issues in our apartment, he said "I work very hard to get this building and I only work from 9-5 pm." So if I leave my keys and call you at 6pm, you cannot open it until the next day? I have to pay you $60 to open my door for me-the least you can do is open it that day. The walls are VERY thin. I do not appreciate the smell of marijuana in the elevator and halls. I will never rent from this company.

Neighbrs are moving out as fast they movein. The addon costs to the rent are a lot and you dont get any benefits for it. The management is very hostile and tenants are voicing their opposition by posting complait flyers on the walls. Management just doent care. Stay away as fa as youcab.

This building doesn't even deserve 1 star. I realize that there can be issues here and there in a building, but none are addressed adequately in this place - so problems just accumulate. Latest major leak affecting all floors has taken over 2 months to be fixed and the work is still ongoing. Because of the lack of communication with the management tenants dont know what kinds of works are being done and what is the timeframe of the repairs. People are forced to live elsewhere for weeks with no moving help/compensation offered!!! There is so many problems - it will take forever to describe here. Among those is disfunctional heating system that switches off randomly, and it's 5F outside!!! Hot water in the shower is on/off too, common areas are filthy (especially the gym), the list can go on and on and on.... I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to even consider to lease an apartment there! Its a shame because the views of the city are great..... Look elsewhere!

This building is awful. Although they advertise it as luxury it is anything but. Granted some of the apartments look cool (only because of the windows), the entire building is cheaply made. During the winter months there is virtually no heat and even now as i I sit here in the living room its 53 degrees in the apartments. Below are the issues with the rest of the building. 1. Intermittent hot water in all showers which never results in constant temp 2. Cheap disgustingly made kitchen cabinets that constantly peel off. 3. Not working A/C units. 4. Cheap unsafe elevators that "jump" and "drop" at their whim 5. Not working intercom (for months on end). 6. Constant issues with pipes freezing, etc. 7. Rats running around everywhere on the 2nd floor. 8. Gym equipment that is literally falling apart. 9. Dogs defecating all over property and no one picking up after them. The number one issue with this building, is the management or the lack of it. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE BUILDING AND WONT DO A SINGLE THING TO HELP ANYONE OUT. Please understand that the issues below are not simply contained to my unit. Everyone i spoke to (I have tons of friends in the building) experience the same thing. Literally no one is happy living here. In summary - DO NOT GET AN APARTMENT HERE. you will regret it in the first month.

Not sure where to begin, my neighbors are talking about rats in their units, based on their telling stay away from the second floor units and the mgmt is doing nothing to protect us from infestation. Garbage room is filled up to the max, hallways used to be vacuumed and garbage rooms used to cleaned and mopped on daily basis but not anymore. We are lucky if our floor's hallways get vacuumed once or twice a month. I moved in here because there was a live-in Super in here, foolish me to find out its of no benefit to me. We just received a notice from the mgmt that "Super does not accept packages", and the Super only works the bankers hours so at nights either is in the lounge watching tv, hanging around the woman in here or asking for annoying hand outs- Package service is important for a building that advertises itself as luxury. UPS FEDEX are getting rejected most of the times, so be prepared to be home all day for your home delivery. And don't get fooled (like me) by the advertised lower rent, make sure to add another 100 or more bucks to the rent for gas and water and another 15 for electricity billing --convenience fee billing -- and be prepared to receive very late rent statements --normally on the very last days of the month -- and be hit by another 70 late fee

I just want to say that things have improved a lot since the building has been under new management. My fridge was leaking and it was addressed the same day. The smell of smoke is gone from my hallway. Overall, the place has been cleaned up a lot. Some things definitely still need work - the outdoor roof deck is a mess - but the super told me they're going to completely redo it this winter. This has been a good home for me, my wife, and our child. Overall quiet and comfortable place to live.
