Renting apartment there. Can not get anything done while during lease signing was promised that everything will be fixed before I move in. Today I come from work and all my mail was thrown onto the floor because super cannot install lock on the mailbox for over a month. Take a look at pictures - that is how floor in entire apartment and bathtub looks like. That gap in bathtub is more than 3/8 of the inch deep and over 2 feet long.I cut my feet by the pieces sticking out of that thing. Next time I cut even finger I call cops and emergency services to bring case against management to court for personal injury! Holes around entire apartment between floor and what should be wall from 1/4 to 1 inches big. I do not know what creatures will crawl out of those gaps at night. And according to super and his bosses everything will be taken care off. In the basement of the building exists some space, management called laundry room. I do not know how Department of Housing and Preservation of NYC even allowed that to be in use by the people. Dirty, smell and open toilet next to it, there are no door and "jon" just stays there ready for use!!! There is 4 laundry machines but in a month I am here I did not see single dryer working. Price - for the same money I can get service on the corner street laundry by 2 machines!
