Unit 3L Pros: High ceilings. Decent layout. Cons: Heavy metal bar (and 200 person music venue) St. Vitus is next door neighbor. It gets really loud. You can hear the music through the walls and the vibrations. Dozens of people congregate in front of the building during show nights. There is a cockroach problem and they are regularly spraying chemicals. Stairs are incredibly steep steps. Advice to landlord: Soundproof the units. Remediate the cockroaches. Follow through on tenant repair requests.
