Pros: It’s a nice building with a lot of amenities. When it was new it was great. Trent desk are lovely people. Cons: I had roaches coming out of my sink and from around my dishwasher. I was the first person to live in the apartment. The crowd was very rowdy with huge parties every weekend on the roof. Not uncommon to find puke or dog feces in halls and elevators. Advice to landlord: Hire more people to control the crowds and secure the building.

Pros: Rooftop, dog park, workplace stations - very quiet if your apartment faces the courtyard Cons: Coffe area never opened - dog park is dirty but is the tenants fault for not picking up after their dogs - if you promote a building with amenities they shouldn’t be change.

Pros: Great building staff, particularly the doorpersons Cons: Everything comes at an additional fee, and were often in repair/unavailable Advice to landlord: Hire more building staff — they can’t be expected to handle the sheer volume of tenants demanding their attention

Pros: The doormen are AMAZING. They don’t get enough credit. The roof is gorgeous, and is what convinced me to resign my lease. My unit is really beautiful and sunny and spacious. Cons: Overpriced for this neighborhood considering amenities cost extra, I’d understand the cost if they were included but without them the cost to live in this neighborhood in this building is outrageous. Pretty far from the subway. NOT ENOUGH STAFF! Central air/heat costs a fortune and my apartment turns into an oven in the summer as it gets a lot of sunlight and although beautiful, the floor to ceiling windows don’t offer much ventilation. Advice to landlord: Hire more staff and make amenities free

Pros: Amenities are great Cons: Management is the absolute worst Advice to landlord: Management needs to understand that everybody signed the same lease. Other tenants who consistently break the rules (eg smoking, noise disturbances, etc) should be dealt with. Also, amenity spaces need to be maintained better. And one front desk person for a building of 500 people is absolutely unacceptable and not what was promised upon lease signing. Everything here is so disorganized, it is just pathetic.
