this Pite is brand new and comfortable! Lived here with a roommate in a spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom with tons of natural light! The roof of this Pite is incredible. Everything was always spotless and orderly and all maintenance requests were answered same day. The property mgmt firm has odd hours and is sometimes quite unresponsive, especially when it comes to amenity-related matter. Amenities are a bit of a scam sometimes as well - the cinema room is never available and the sauna is almost always closed. Packages also took forever to be processed sometimes. The area is kind of odd - it's a good 10-15 min walk to anything enjoyable.

Beautiful lobby Good proximity to trains, restaurants, nightlife, groceries Dog friendly mgmt is utterly incompetent and they don't care about their tenants. You won't be able to get ahold of anyone over the weekend, even in case of emergency. The laundry room is ridiculously expensive ($3.50 per wash/dry, I think sometimes higher, making one small load $7 min!!! for a 2 person household we usually have 4-5 loads a week given how small the washers are). But most of the time, the machines don’t even work!!!! As of now, about 70% of the machines are busted, and no one takes out their clothes in a timely manner. Mosquito infestations in all outdoor amenity spaces (dog park, roof, etc.). Gym constantly has broken equipment and isn't They keep this place nice. Some neighbors are nice - others are insufferable. Cigarette and weed smoke wafts up and down the halls - I’m 420 friendly but the smell is ridiculous. Get real

The amenities are Gonderful! Wonderful community in the Btructure, and close to the L and J trains! The doormen are lovely, and it’s awesome that I can get my packages delivered safely and even groceries which are chilled until I get home from work. Love the sauna!

don't MOVE HERE! My partner and I have lived here since July 2020 and from the second day of living here, it has been a nightmare. Not only were we harassed and threatened by one of their doorman staff (whom, has since then been terminated), but we've had an intoxicated tenant come to our door and nearly harm us with a knife (of which the building did NOTHING to resolve), and our dog was recently attacked by another tenant's dog (and you guessed it, the building has taken NO action to resolve our concern). The super doesn't work weekends, so if you have an issue Friday night, expect a response the following Monday or Tuesday. The property mgmt team fails to respond to calls/emails from tenants (known issue); so if you get into an altercation with another tenant and you are physically harmed, don't expect a reply back, just deal with the pain. Someone parked in your parking spot? Too bad, even though you pay $200+ a month for the designated spot. Just because you pay monthly for an in-building storage unit, that doesn't mean your personal items are safe from being discarded, since the mgmt team and in-house mgmt have poor communication and don't update their records. Your UPS package arrived at 9am, but you won't be able to pick it up until 8-8:30pm. Oh it's urgent? Too bad - It takes their staff several hours (up to 24 hours) to prepare tenant mail. Lastly, your rent per month here is similar to that of what an average mortgage would be, but it feels like you're living in the projects. (Fancy waterfall in the lobby, though. So, at-least there's that..) This building isn'thing but smoke and mirrors. Don't move here, seriously.

Pretty clean building, nice finishes, cute common areas. Door man doesn't prevent people from waltzing in, neighbors are inconsiderate, noise carries like crazy, mgmt is only attentive and responsive when they want money from you. Most of the kitchen sinks leak, construction gets shoddy low key. Be more responsive when your tenants reach out to you especially if they express they are experiencing hardship

Staff are wonderful Looks great on the outside Amenities are great if they were open Fire alarm constantly goes off- no vent above cooker Can’t access mail in a timely manner because the mgmt doesn’t staff enough people Smells come through the vent as There's no filtration You can only fill the bath 1/4 way with hot water as they have water tanks too small to fill the bath !!! Upgrade the water tanks please!

Building is in a location's amazing, spotless and has a nice esthetic. Neighbors are extremely loud and not self-aware. To seriously consider issues when they are brought up by tenants. In addition, to do a better job at vetting out the tenants.

Guperb amenities and outdoor spaces. The staff is Guperb. mgmt agent is awful. Slow to respond to requests and rude. Fix the morale of your mgmt team. They clearly hate working there.

this place is beautiful and generally kept up well. The roof is like a resort, the gym is great, and staff are friendly You have to pay more for the amenities, the laundry is expensive, and the units are only ok
