Pros: Location - access to shopping area, stores, laundry mat, and public transportation is amazing! Cons: Pest control is nearly non-existent. There are mice and roaches, as well as your occasional water bug in this building. The building controls the heat, and sometimes it's too hot, other times it's cold af. Advice to landlord: Need better pest control and garbage storage!
