Pros: None bc of the slumlords Cons: Parkchester is run by nothing but slumlords. They do not put on heat on days that the windshield makes the temperature close to 20゚ . They've admitted that they have 2 heat plants and one doesn't work so they cycle the heat and give only 4 hours of heat for everyone throughout the day. They do this because of money. Advice to landlord: Don't run a building if you can't afford to treat every Tennant humanely. You're bad with money and it shows and you will resign or be forced to leave

Pros: Some floors like mine are clean and quiet with nice neighbors Cons: Unresponsive to bad neighbor complaints (needed police action). Rude main office staff. Advice to landlord: Property manager Andrew needs to be more active in the day to day, more accessible, and to properly train his office staff in proper customer service and decorum.

Pros: Great neighbors for the most part. Stores close by. Good public transportation. Cons: Management is slow to fix issues. Need to keep on them to do their job. Advice to landlord: Listen to residents, give residents true access to the board. Repair things in a timely manner without having to have residents follow up.
