I lived at Nob Hill for a short amount of time due to personal limitations, and in that short amount of time, I was left in disbelief of all the issues, very poor management and staff, poor maintenance, and last but not least poor parking possibilities. I could not even allow visitors to come over as I wouldn't want them to park 5 miles away and have to walk to come visit me. The staff and management of Nob Hill left me feeling like I was the problem, like I created all the issues for them, and that I was an idiot (literally). The maintenance folks were kind, but on numerous occasions they were sent to my apartment instead of the other area and apartment with the same number, How do you get all that confused? On top of that, the poor communication between staff and their own staff, as well, staff and tenants is beyond repair. No one has faith left even in the new management company regardless of what upgrades they make. No washer and dryer but yet they would like to charge you prices of an apartment within the loop! Nob Hill, once again, on a steady and fast downhill slope. Thank goodness I came to my sense and refused to re-sign my lease after never even receiving proper documentation for renewal and yet still having to pay month to month! So happy to be out of there.

I have lived at Nob Hill for a few years now, have seen two management companies take over the community, over promising while under delivering. Steadfast is by far the best turn around this old beauty needed. Within a year the property, overall tenants, management team has improved significantly. Yes the boilers are down, or water has to shut off , etc. When we call the office it seems like excuses to why these occurrences are often but what do we know, we don't work in the office nor outside so I am sure its the truth. What the office is also letting us know is that the boilers/chillers are being replaced after years of crap, the landscaping is improving no more dead bushes everywhere, piping replaced to give efficient better water flow, etc. These kinds of changes can not be done overnight, ITS A PROCESS. So please give credit where credit is due. I am just tired of seeing negative views on this thing when its not all bad. I would defiantly stay a resident for as long as possible! I hope future residents will enjoy the new and improved NOB HILL

My family and I have lived here only 5 months now, and its not bad. Yes, parking could be better and closer, but its covered. My neighbors are nice and I live right on a major bus route. Worst physical issue has been the boilers and have gone out twice leaving us with nothing but tepid water. The staff are good. I'd like to point out Helen and Sasha for being stand outs in getting things done quickly, promptly and professionally. To be fair though I'd like to point out Patti as one that needs improvement in her ability to listen to tenants and gather information.

NO MORE EXERCISE ROOM AT THIS PROPERTY CLOSED 6 MONTHS AGO & WILL NOT REOPEN very large dogs even pitbulls & other aggressive dogs alowed, dogs outside on patios barking all the time...I've lived here for two and a half years and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. I'm moving out ASAP can longer take living here, The smell from the bayou is getting worst & often inside your apartment mostly coming thru your plumming along with the huge flying tree roaches that come in thru the drains that the management tell me that nothing can be done it's common & suggested I go but some raid & spray all drains daily (who wants to smell raid all day) These are very old apartments & something is always breaking or leaking & all they do is come in & patch things instead of replacing & if it's not patchable they replace iy with another old used model, my ice maker throws ice all over my freezer, plumming burst flooding half of my apartment water was running fast & I had to call the office 3 times before anyone showed up then the guy who came had no idea what to do I had to yell cut the main line to the building off. The laundry facility hardly every works be ready to loose your money often. Security is a joke a cheap company who can't even afford to provide their guards proper uniforms nor hire real experienced guards. Often warning break in & held at gun point warning notes posted on my door, last was someone leaving for work was confronted by gun point & taken back into there apartment beaten & robbed then the same thing happened in the apartments behind these. FUNKY, OLD, BIG ROACHES, LOUD NEIGHBORS, FAKE SECURITY OFFICERS, PLUMBING ISSUES, CHEAP PATCH WORK, UGLY RUSTED VIEW FROM MY BALCONY OF ROOF OF CARPORTS, POOLS ALWAYS DIRTY & MOST OF ALL NO MORE EXERCISE ROOM THEY CLOSED IT 6 MONTHS AGO & WILL NOT REOPEN IT

Very Disappointing Place After the new management has bought the Nob Hill, this place has become very bad apartment complex. There is no enough staff. Managers are not able to recognize that if the tenants become unhappy, there will be no one who is paying for their salaries. Nob Hill is very far from downtown. Since the part of Nob Hill is a dormitory, you can see noisy students very often. In addition, I sometimes see students making out around. Utility bills are so high. Buildings are very old. To be honest, there is no good reason to live here anymore. Run my friend, run run run, do not be the last one!
