Do not live here! The walls are so thin, I can hear my neighbors music all the time, and I am constantly hearing the kids play on the playground. There is always trash everywhere on the grounds, and it smells like pot all the time. And you are supposed to have a parking sticker but there have been cars that are parked there for months without a sticker, and there is very limited visitor parking, that cars with permits park in. My rental car got towed because I didn't have a parking sticker after only being there for a few days but other cars are there for months without being towed. And I didn't park in the visitor parking because I'm not a visitor and the parking spaces are unsafe feeling. Management doesn't care either. They just said "well the tow truck (that comes around between 3-4 am btw) can only take one car at a time" So mine was the target instead of the ones that have been there for months? And my car got broken into and I told management and their response was "I'll look into it and get back to you" They never got back to me. And the dryers in the laundry center never work right. It doesn't matter how small my load of clothes was, I always had to pay more money to dry them twice. My lease is up in September and I cannot wait to get out. Management doesn't care about their tenants. The gates to get in and out are always broken (but yet they're still so concerned about cars not having permits) and because they only issue one permit per apartment, people are always parked in the street making it almost impossible to see out of the driveways. Several wrecks have happened in front of those apartments because people can't see around the cars.

THE RESERVE @ BRAESFOREST is great place in southwest Houston, ZINNIA RANGEL is the COMMUNITY MANAGER, in fact she is absolutely great to work with, she is very professional and always willing to help. Been here you nearby to all city life places excellent team management and maintenance!! They always ready to help and they always really care for their tenants. This year would be my 7 YEARS in this APARTMENT; I am happy and lucky to be in this apartment, Safe Family Apartment but fun and amazing people to be surrounded!!! I and my family truly recommend RESERVE @ BRAESFOREST Apartments to everyone who is looking for good community, and all teams and management are extremely excellent. Then their price is excellent compare to other apartments in TEXAS. Conclusively, All thanks to ZINNIA RANGEL(Community Manager) and Her entire Team-Members, this apartment would have been worse without them, but am glad they have a good team and a good leader who have passion to solve problem and respond to your work order instantly and professionally.

I have been residing in these apartments for three years. I have yet to have my carpet cleaned and I requested light bulbs for the ceiling fan, in which I can not find at any store. Just received them on yesterday. The vent screens have only been changed three to four times by the maintenance since I have been staying here. I purchased my own. The office personnel are unprofessional. This is why the apartments always have vacancy. I stay because I am saving money, work and attend med school. I just notice that the one bedroom and one bath is for 450.00 approximately and I am paying 740.00 (according to the listing above). Darn, I wish I did not recently renew my lease. Last but not lease, the office personnel are afraid to address complaints.

I visited this community along with others in the area and let me just say that the Leasing Staff is just wonderful. The Leasing Staff makes you feel at home. Thank you Zinnia, Claudia, and Alejandra for your time and attention. Claudia's tour of the community was very insightful and made the application process very easy. I have been here a little over 6 months and the community events are amazing. You can tell that the team gives their all.

I lived in this beautiful establishment for approximately 3 years and I have nothing but nice things to say about this place . The Manager and staff is very professional and friendly, nice newly renovated apartments just an overall great place to stay also got to love the reasonable prices. ????

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! My friend lives here and her apartment is INFESTED with Rats her baby has gotten bitten and they FAIL to do anything about it. One min they tell her she can get out then they make some bull ---- --- excuse DO NOT MOVE HERE

Please do not move here. A fellow resident of mine apartment was infested with mice. This has been an ongoing issue for months. I've dealt with roaches since I sighted my lease over a year ago. Please if you want to save YOUR time and money look else where. There are other decent apartments in the area.

Please do not ever move over here the roaches alone is a problem they finally got that under control and now I have a rat in my apartment that I think comes from the dumpster always over flowing and trash being scattered everywhere! The units are small and over priced and the water bills are just ridiculous! As soon as my lease is up I am out of here!

I have been living in this community for over a year and my experience has been positive. The staff both (office and maintenance) are very friendly and helpful. I know that any requests or concerns are handled efficiently and promptly. Honestly and truly I would recommend The Reserve at Braes Forest the place to call home. ????

Kudoz to the Management Team and Maintenance Staff of The Reserve at Braesforest. I have been a resident of the apartment complex for past (3) years. All their teams promote courteousness, professionalism, customer oriented, and a safe living environment. All the teams are all around great people. Reserve at Braesforest Apartments teams work their hardest to create long-lasting and happy resident relationships. Many of our residents are repeat leasees which means satisfied customers. It's a great place for your 1st family home experience. We have awesome resident invited events for holiday and special occassions. Our neighbors get know each other during social events which builds lasting friendships and helps to promote safety in the apartment community for everyone. Great commuting location. Come join us.
