I have lived here since 2019, so far except for noise coming from the play area (kids being kids), the apartment complex is fairly quiet. The maintenance crew does an excellent job keeping the complex immaculately clean. Management staff are very efficient, friendly and exercise professionalism. I would highly recommend singles, couples or families to reside in this wonderful apartment complex.

The apartments or a great place to live , but you have to many people coming in visiting and can not get a parking space , I've seen cars parked over night with out a sticker on them , the management is great but when the office close that's when the parking becomes a problem

I have lived at The Reserve at Creekbend for 4 years. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager (Martha) to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me. Only downside is my guest can't park inside the gate. Either they have to park in the front by the leasing office, which is very limited or on the side of the street.

Awesome??! Professional staff with an awesome attitude! Moving from Chicago I didn't know what to expect however I thank God he led me to Reserve @Creekbend ! The manager Martha is second to none. Her assistant Allise is a pleasure to work with ! The both of them help my bougieness! Yes , I'm a little bougie and this place is just fine, better then anything in the area!! I'm close to a lot of stuff and my place is so nice! Hard wood floors black appliances and my nice stuff . I'm good - don't listen to negative reviews !

I moved here on April 1, 2017 I love it since I been here office staff is Professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and overall great service. Maintenance is also great when call they come within a reasonable time to take care of things which do not have to call for problems cause everything works perfect no issues there. and the property is always clean and grass cut scrubs cut down and neat. I feel safe here and my neighbors are quiet no problem. The only thing is my visitor has to park outside the gate but overall great place to live. Crystal Myles

I lived at the Reserve at Creekbend for a year and had no issues. Maintenance requests are completed within a day and the office staff was always helpful and friendly. I have lived in 3 different apartments in the Southwest area and this was the nicest community. I would have renewed my lease if I hadn't relocated for a job.

I enjoyed my time at Creekbend. Only had one maintenance issue in 18 months and it was fixed within 1 day. Parking was an issue at first, but it was quickly fixed with a new policy. Martha is great help! Very friendly and professional. I called her several times and she was very helpful. Only reason I left was because I took a job out of state.
