Zero Star for living Dont live to give business to this Property cresent place appartment. Hello Guys. Humbly requested to houston community people and new residents who are finding better living.Please dont choose the cresent place appartment there Spanish people Manager Lorena and assistant Manager Mariya and before Susie and vannesa in management untrustworthy becoz they are eating indirectly money of management of property like your deposit 250$ +$50 parking card+$150adminfees+50$to $60+25$ for parking residential people one bedroom appartment watercharges for newcomers When your lease finish they dont give you nothing of deposit money back they eat .Their maintenance person report for extra money they are sending report to towing company for your car tow they are getting commision 100$ for your car tow others driver and towing company a Is spanish majority people are spanish hook and bycook they are towing your car in 1am to 5am in night time you people are sleeping and leasing office management people consent with towing company for big dollarcommissions. Actually I lived there one year two times my car towing company towed just becoz leasing people are robing to new residents be aware n be safe I lost my deposit all 500$ they got double from me becoz me foreigner student .I lost my car expense two times 225$+225$=450$ and towing company bad handing broke my car part was repaired 1800$ expense got from Toyota dealer and I was paying 25$ parking charges every month 300$ of year ,actuall For legally for residents are parking has to be free but leasing management making money from you and for you guest and friends no parking outside and inside their towing comany towing your guest car any time.Seriouly worst place has to Police Report for them and Some One has report to houston property department for these ladies giving indirectly trouble eating money of deposit and other things take seriouly Action on it

I just moved in, but I just absolutely love my apartment. I have privacy and the office staff was great to us. Very nice and clean property. Not a luxurious place but sure is worth my money. I highly recommend.

The new manager, Susie is the worst manager that I have ever had to deal with. Susie is all about money, changing everything for her own benefits and not the tenants. She is very rude and unprofessional all the time, charging the tenants whatever she wants to. Every tenant that lives in Crescent Place pays different amount of rent and these expensive fraud fees. She is frauding all the tenants out of money, but if she thinks that this is going to fly, she is dead wrong. Susie is a blood suckered and she prays on the amount of money the tenants make and she finds a way to come up with extremely high rent and so-called fees. This matter will be looked into as the tenants get together and talk to the owner and other resources to get rid of her fraudulent activities.

I really like Crescent Place apartments, I've been here a year now and Chris and Rose are so sweet and understanding unlike Eve. Its pretty quite out here, Chris is doing an amazing job trying to turn things around out here i would definitely recommend living here, you would love it.??

I've been here going on two and half years. The staff has been more than helpful since Eve left. I truly commend Chris and Rosa for attempting to clean up the mess Eve left behind. Good job guys!

Susie C. Is down right Unpleasant an Unprofessional. An Vanessa knows about how she harrass tenants for no reason. An if you have a pet she really starts on you. But her bad kids do what they want to around the Apts. Just horrible! An why don't they disclose information about when a death accured in 2012 Apt 503. Sad

I've lived here for only 6 months and I decided not to renew my lease. My child and I both got bit by spiders numerous of times. They never came and fixed the hole in my wall from where spiders was coming from. They are roach infested. And they don't care if you get robbed or anything. One way in one way out. They allow Pitbulls and don't care how they neighbors treat one another

I have lived here for a year and a half and all I can say that the new management is getting things done. I had no problem with the old management but the new management is doing their job. I recommend this place to live. I have a roof problem and they have stayed on the problem till it gets fixed. Chris is making things better but it will take time just give him a chance.

I .have lived here several years. I am in a wheelchair and the past manager EVE did absolutely nothing to improve the accessibility of the property. It is dangerous living here. I was assaulted by another tenant. The past manager was consistently rude, verbally, and physically abusive. I am forced to leave and enter the property via the same gate that the cars use which is extremely dangerous. I had to pay for the ramp which was built to my apartment and it took them three months for the past maintenance to do it. it is now falling apart because it was not built correctly. However, the new manager Chris is courteous, competent, and seems kind. He seems to be doing a good job and I hope he addresses the many problems not just accessibility problems here at crescent place. I like Chris the new manager but the property is not a place I can recommend to anyone at this time, particularly those persons with disabilities until major changes are made to the property. We just had a major fire here at the complex which gutted an entire building. This may have something to do with why the past manager Eve was fired. I don't know but I am glad that Chris is now at the helm. I hope he is able to improve things here. Good riddance to the past management.

I've been living in crescent place adjustments since December 2013. I absolutely hated the lady Eve who managed the apartments. Recently, we got a new mgr and I well be signing a new lease. Chris is way more friendlier and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the apartments are in tip top condition. The office staff smile now. At first they were up tight and afraid to even speak. I am glad that we are under Notre management. Thanks Chris for making the appropriate changes and moves to make this a less stressful place to live.
