I'm very pleased with the service here at The Bellfort. Maintenance fixes anything you report right away. I recommend these Apartments. Office personnel are very attentive and friendly. Swimming pools are always very kept clean.

The office personnel are very helpful! I have been here for 4 years and highly recommend these apartments! Officer Wiley and Cheuy are the best!! Maintenance come quick when you request them! I honestly am happy here

The grounds are always well kept, pools are always clean. Even though they only have them open during summer time, they keep them very clean throughout the year. I have 7 years in this apartments and honestly I am very happy here. the office staff are very helpful, I recommend Michelle. Very helpful and friendly.

Do not rent at this place. It’s full of illegals and drunks.maribel and the property manager is not professional at all .the whole team need to be place have no good . Amenities at and rodents is the norm for this place. It’s old and rundown. In the back is a bunch of vacancies from all the fires that rodents started from chewing on old maintenance crew is the worse patch up everything. Every weekend the hotwater is broken.

My daughter is a college student residing here in the apts, we were told when she signed her lease that during office hours she could park in the front parking spaces. My daughter car was towed during office hours, due to wrong information provided by Crystal the leasing agent and we incurred a $305.91 cost to get my daughter car from tow. I spoke with the office manager Marisol on 4/2 and sent her an email on 4/5/23 as instructed and she advised she would get with corporate office but refused to provide us corporate information. I have had to follow up several times as we have nothing back from her. I called on 4/26 and Marisol told me “Oh I forgot to get with corporate” I’m like what I sent you that email weeks ago, so she asked for a few more days. I called again this morning and she says oh corporate said they will not reimburse for it. I again asked for the corporate information so we may contact ourselves. She refused again and said she would forward my previous email from 4/5 to them and we then would be able to see the email address for corporate. Since getting off the phone with her she responded to the email not with corporate info as she said but just quoting the lease and that they would not cover the cost. It is against the law for apt complexes to not provide Corporate information when requested by a resident or customer. Also, my daughter apt is infested with roaches as I went to visit her over this past weekend. This place is disgusting and has hookers out at night right outside the complex walking the streets and my poor baby girl who just turned 19 yrs old has to deal with this until her lease is up. Do Not Rent here. Never again. And I’m still waiting on corporate information that I have been denied 3 times now!

These are some bsing --- apartments they take their time of fixing ---- …then them ugly --- rude --- women in the office have the nerves to act the way they act ----- y’all don’t even like fixing ---- in the damn units be patching ---- up covering up mold with paint then on top of that they racist if u ain’t -------- they gon treat you like below I don’t recommend these apartments at all TRUE REVIEW.

I don’t know who or what the people in the office have done to a tenant at The Bellfort’s but it’s been deaths after deaths. They found a dead body in the apartments that gotten burned down, then two different car wrecks and folks died in the bayou next to the leasing office. 3 fires within a year they’re remodeling as of now from the third fire. The manager is very rude and talk to the tenants like she’s ------, and her employees act like their her puppets. The maintenance guys are the only genuinely nice ones but they work them like dogs, and don’t think they give back deposits cause they don’t . They will lie to keep it and their hud apartments are nothing like the regular apartments. The security guard flirts with any woman that speaks and he feels he’s a cop. The Bellfort Apartments are not what they use to be like in the early 2000’s.

I can’t wait until my lease is over I have never live in an apartment. Where at 8:20 or 8:30 they lock the gate up as if you played in the movie lean on me, They have a major with prostitution’s on 8100 stone street, I have complaint and voice my concerns when you have a neighbor across the way that house’s the prostitution women off the street. It’s bad when you wake up to someone f**** in the am or giving head. This is a all day process for them, Another thing that I don’t understand is that you have security walking the premises with his flashlight shining into people windows at night I have never experience something like that in my life. My advice don’t move over here period!!! The management is bull ---- around here, like I said this b***needs to be closed down, before you move over here do a drive by at night if you think I’m bull S***you. They don’t fix s*** but patch s***up around here, you have to fear for your life . or take matter into your own hands around here period it!!!

I love this property they always keep the grounds clean and are always trying there hardest to keep the property free of strays, it's a especially a challenge because their are some residents that feed them And don't clean up after the mess, but management always stay on top of things like that and makes sure they stop. So I am extremely blessed to stay somewhere that cares enough to put a stop to the right type of things to better our living situations. Thank you Bellfort management!

I have been living here for 2 years and I am very happy. Management was very easy to work especially since I have a broken lease on my record and seemed like no one else was willing to work with me. When I first moved in I was very concerned about the safety of this complex. I live alone and I'm a single mother with a young child. On my first night of staying here I was greeted by the security officer at the gate named officer Wiley. He made sure that if there was anything I needed that I could come to him. 2 years later and officer Wiley has been at the gate every-single-night. From 9pm til the crack of dawn he is there. (except for the 2 weeks that he was on vacation that he so much deserves) Officer Wiley has been more reliable than my car. I have always felt like I could go with officer Wiley about anything and he would handle it as if I were family. I think part of me renewed my lease here knowing that there was someone here after office hours that cared so much about the tenants living here. He's made this apartment into Fort Knox. There was one occasion when I walked out to my car to go to the store and I saw officer Wiley standing nearby with a young lady. She had swiped my car and officer Wiley happened to be standing by. He made sure that she told us the truth and still wrote down the incident (even before we pulled up he had it already written down) and turned the report into the office. I don't know if I would've ever known about the incident had officer Wiley not been there. This man goes out of his way. I can not imagine what Bellfort Apartments would be like without him. Considering you see a lot drifters and ladies of the night walking. You can bet no one is getting past the gates with out an ID and visitor parking permit. I hope that this review reaches whoever it needs so that officer Wiley would get the recognition that he deserves, and for anyone worried about the safety of these apartments, as long as office Wiley is at the gate, you have nothing to worry about.
