This place has come a long way! The new renovations and management team has added so much value. Their new all bills paid program beats everyone else around the area! I absolutely love living here.

I have lived here for several years now. The new management has completely transformed this place. I was really close to not renewing my lease, until the changes began happening a year ago. This gave me hope, which is why I renewed my lease. I always knew this place had great potential, if they just cleaned it up a bit. The new A/C units are awesome, and I love the low cost of living here. Our office manager is really sweet and takes care of business quickly. Hope to live here many more years! - Kevin

Ever since they changed management team and the new manager came in they have been fixing a lot of stuff around here and remodeling. This place used to look like a dump but now little by little is looking really good. The manager in the office is very friendly and is always willing to hear me if I have any complaints regarding my apartment. In the past I had moved here because the rent was cheap and I had no other choice but now I am beginning to love where I live! It is a truly remarkable change. I will recommend these apartments to everyone.

This place is always dirty!! There's trash everywhere in the parking lot and the dumpster is always overflowing with garbage, so there were always flies near our apartment. The parking lot also floods and we were in constant fear that our apartment would flood, the water came close to coming in during the hurricane season. There's shady characters hanging out late at night, people fight outside, people BarBQ and party at 2am!! Thugs outside units smoking weed and drinking and leaving their roaches and beer bottles everywhere. We had a leak our first night there, and it ran to our downstairs, it took a week to fix the problem, the mgr didn't believe me when I told her it was coming from the pipe upstairs, she said that it was the water that splatter when we took showers! That's why it took so long to fix b/c it kept leaking after they caulked the tub and the wall. There were roaches everywhere! They were always on our case about our dog, we already paid rent and deposit for him and kept the backyard always clean, but yet WE WERE THE ONES IN TROUBLE FOR THE SMELL OF THE COMPLEX!!!!!! Our car got broken into and 2 days later our dog was taken from the backyard, we didn't stick around to see what would happen next!!!! We broke our lease 3 months early and paid the fine, better than staying there and getting hurt! Don't live heree, you will regret it, despite being in a very quiet neighborhood they're a piece of crap!!

The mgr was always nice though.
