Been living here for years. The plumbing is all messed up. Ramona, the apartment manager, is rude and unprofessional. Stuff has been stolen all off of my patio at night. My toilet has overflowed and filled my apartment with backed up sewage water, on more than two occasions. The sink in the master bedroom, has only had one knob. For the cold water, for almost a year, already. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is without a light. Because the pull string busted, and they never fixed it. The plumbing is bad! The apartments are probably about 80 years old. They claim to have on site, security & security cameras. But, they don't. So, your cars and everything on your patio is vulnerable, all throughout the night. I've had my things stolen, during the night. Washing machines, don't work, properly.

Cars go in and out at whatever time and they don't even have to put no code on the gates because most of the times the gates are broken so it's easy for them to get out

Very close to the airport Hobby, to me that is convenient for my Job. The price are not to bad If I compare them with the ones in the area, beside they are clean.
