DO NOT RENT HERE – WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is a total scam and a nightmare from day one. I rented a unit and lived there for less than three weeks, and paid for a whole year for an empty apartment, and now they’re trying to charge me over $2,000 for so-called “damages” — things that were already broken or worn out when I moved in! Let’s be clear: the unit was in bad shape from the start. Doors didn’t close right, cabinets were falling apart, the flooring was warped, and appliances looked like they came out of a junkyard. I documented all of it, took pictures, and still they’re blaming me. Management is either completely clueless or flat-out predatory. I tried to reason with them and got nowhere — they just want to squeeze every last dollar out of tenants, no matter how shady or dishonest they have to be. This place is mismanaged, unethical, and borderline fraudulent. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal headaches — do NOT rent here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! 0 STARS!!! UNLESS YOU WANT DOUBLE RENT PAYMENTS EVERY OTHER MONTH, OFFICE EMPLOYEES AND THE MANAGER WILL ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT OR A REAL REASON FOR THEIR ENTRY. ROACHES AND RATS IN THE WALLS, THERE IS NO WAY TO GET RID OF THEM EVEN IF YOUR HOUSE IS SPOTLESS! NO ACTUALLY MAINTENANCE WILL EVER BE DONE! DON’T LET THEM LIE TO YOU ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS BEING ONE WITH THE COMMUNITY BECAUSE TRUST NOBODY LIKES DEALING WITH THEM AT ALL AND WILL TRY TO AVOID DEALING WITH THEM. THE MANDATORY TRASH VALET THAT THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR IS EITHER DONE HALF-ASSED OR NOT DONE AT ALL AND NO YOU CANT OPT-OUT OF PAYING FOR IT. EVEN IF YOU MOVE INTO A “BRAND NEW” APT ITS DONE HALF-ASSED AS WELL, AND IN THAT “NEW” APT THERE WILL BE DAMAGES AND THEY WILL NOT FIX THEM. AND YES YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEM REGARDLESS. SO NO I WON’T EVER RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO LIVE HERE AT ALL AS THE LIVING HERE IS NO BETTER THAN BEING ROBBED. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY LIVING HERE REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY MAY TELL YOU.

They don’t address your issues or Concerns. All they care about is picking up your rent on time that’s the only time you will hear from them. They overcharge you and when you bring up certain issues like pest, unclean environment or other matters they don’t care. So if you want to pay rent and don’t care about your issues being resolved best place to be.

I've lived here a few weeks and I still haven't had issues fixed that were there upon move in! I spoke with other residents and this has been an ongoing issue throughout the community for a while not recent. Manager claimed it was short staffed and seemed to not care about the urgency. If this was a short staff problem truly then it should have not been an ongoing problem for this long throughout the community and they should have fixed the issue a long time ago. I've also heard residents saying they moved in with pest problems and they have not been addressed since they moved in quiet a while ago. This has nothing to do with maintenance right here so you can't say that is a short staffed problem there. That's an issue of staff not putting the call in to contracted pest control to come. These issues are absolutely ridiculous and needs to be resolved asap!

BEG BUG BED BUG BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGSSSSS!!!! SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER!!!! My lease ends in two weeks so I was ecstatic that I can finally get my family out this mess. I was not expecting the narcissistic manager, -------- to intervene. She is trying to make us stay an additional two months because she's mad that we complained on their maintenance service for not showing up after weeks!!!!!!! Not only do they have bed bugs, but their maintenance service might as well be non existent. My unit has been infested with bed bugs for MONTHS and -------- has done nothing. My move out date is 4/9. I told -------- and several members via phone and email that I am moving out on my move out date because the apartment is inhabitable. I spoke to the receptionist "----" and notified him of our move out date initially, I was never told that I had to have it in writing. After I relayed this to --------, she said since the receptionist was no longer here to verify and since the apartment is infested, she would allow me to send her an email 3/24. I sent the email she wanted, but now she is saying we still have two months left. Our lights in our kitchen have been out two weeks, my tub has been clogged for three. My husband complained rightfully so and she retaliated by going back on our agreement. My kids have bites all over them. They do not care. She is threatening to put it on my credit. Not only is she crazy but the assistant manager as well. My husband told her that we are unable to thoroughly clean our dishes and cook for our children because of the lack of light. The manger proceeds to tell my husband "I dont have to worry about those kind of issues because I stay in a house". Ive never seen the lack of professionalism that I've dealt with at these apartments. I'm calling the apartment association and the public health today!!!! I have the voicemail where they told me it was ok to move out on my move out date, I have proof of the bed bugs, I have emails notifying them of the bugs and recordings of both managers being disrespectful. I'm getting it all shut down TODAY!!!!!!

I wish I could give this place a ZERO star. Don't let those pictures fool you the complex is dirty and nasty as hell. The staff never fixes anything on time and they lie like it's the truth. There's a "Smoke Shop" in front of the complex that's always full of suspicious people and they use the complex for extra parking because there's never security during the weekend....the new management team is beyond terrible.....they let ANYBODY move in there. The area has gotten dangerous I'm so glad that I'm out of that HELL HOLE

I absolutely hate it here unfortunately I’m stuck in my lease I’ve been without a working oven for 5 days and they haven’t tried to fix it claiming they’re really busy. The Gang activity is overwhelming GUNSHOTS going through the apartments and a few murders it’s not a safe place to stay. The service is absolutely awful you’re treated like a inconvenience instead of a customer
