I recently toured this apartment community, and I was incredibly impressed from start to finish! My leasing agent, Mr. Brandon, was outstanding professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell he really knows the property and cares about helping people find the right home. The amenities here are amazing, but I have to say my favorite is the yoga/Peloton room. Its bright, clean, and perfectly set up for both quiet stretching and a great spin workout. It really stood out compared to other places Ive toured! Overall, I left feeling confident that this is a community that truly values its residents and provides an exceptional living experience. Highly recommend scheduling a visit and ask for Brandon!

I love this place! The staff is simply amazing! They are very knowledgeable, professional and well polished. This property is located in the heart of the city and very accessible to working professionals, students and those who are just looking for a great place to live. I would highly recommend Uniti Montrose to any one in the market for an upscale apartment.

I would like to take time to thank Mr. Brandon for his patience and professionalism. I have always been reluctant of living downtown, however this location is in the perfect setting. I was able to tour a few units as well as the amenities and I was extremely pleased with what I saw. The private library, craft room, and sky lounge were my favorites. IM SOLD. I look forward to working with Brandon in the upcoming months to secure a unit here.

Uniti Montrose is the perfect place to live for students and a great place to live in general. They keep the complex clean and organized and they don't give any issues. There understandable and reasons able with there prices. I highly recommend to stay here.

I am an employee here, I would highly recommend anyone to move in to this property. I've worked in many properties and by far this is the nicest property I've seen. It has a nice gym, yoga room, meeting rooms, sky lounge with the nice view to downtown, podcast room & my favorite the 10th floor roof deck with 2 bbq grills.

Apartments look nice and well kept. I was assisted by Brandon and he was very knowledgeable about the property and very professional. I've toured quite a few properties lately and he has been by far my favorite person to work with. Highly recommend that if you are interested in this property as your new home to ask for Brandon, he was a great help!

The complex looks nice from the outside, but would NEVER move here again! Trust me, don´t do it!! The presonal is super complicated, and uncomprehending, constantly fighting with them. My apartment was very dirty and they refuse to clean it. The contract was incorrect, they charged me a late fee even though they messed up the payment and tried to incorporate additional fees. They agree on things and later don´t remember, Moreover, they locked me out several times. I could list many more, just bad!
