I love living at Siena! I've been living here for 10 months. When I had to move to Houston for a work promotion I was nervous, you know you want to make sure to pick the right location and the right apartments/house. I visited a few apartments but Siena always stood up to me with how beautiful they looked, the high ceilings, nice floors with carpet only in the bedroom, pet friendly. I thought it was perfect. Then to top it off the staff is awesome specially Matthew. Matthew is very professional, friendly and he always goes the extra mile. Maintenance request get answered quickly and the maintenance staff is very nice. Did I mention that the location is great? You have the Beer Market right next door and everything is close by. Pharmacy, supermarkets, Gym, Many restaurants/fast foods, the park and even car wash. Also the freeway is very close as well. Oh and there is always security, I feel very safe here.

I moved here September 2017 because of displacement during Hurricane Harvey - talk about silver lining. I love my apartment home - clean, classy and comfortable. The leasing office is very reliable and professional. The grounds are generally well maintained.

Overall, I am very pleased with my time at Siena at Memorial Heights. My favorite thing about it is the location and cleanliness of the complex. I'm close to many great neighborhoods and close to two highways so it's very easy to get around the city from here. Being so close to the bayou for a walk is also a fun perk. The staff is all very helpful and maintenance typically gets taken care of the same day, at least in my experience. Every morning I see at least one of the maintenance staff as I leave for work and their wave is always so kind and makes the complex feel more personal. I specifically chose a top unit because of the noise a friend experienced living on the third floor. I don't hear anything from my next door neighbors, but could hear footsteps above us frequently when someone lived above him.

Great community and area to live in. Only problem we have is that the front desk and the security will not do anything about the noisy people above us! Other than that, it is a beautiful place and a great atmosphere.

Stephanie is amazing! Some updating needs to occur, but the location is amazing and the complex is clean and bug free!

I've lived here for 2.5 years and overall it has been a good experience. I like the affordable rent for a 1 bedroom apartment. The maintenance staff and the valet trash pick up are very timely and convenient. In addition, the management staff is usually very prompt in responding to questions. Of the few complains I have one is that because the apartment is fairly old, there are some aesthetic issues. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are beginning to fall apart. Also, when it rains heavily water will often come in around my bedroom window. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, the staff will come within a day or two to do make shift fixes but ultimately, some of these items probably need a bigger overhaul. However, I really like the location of the apartment, it's very close to Washington street and Buffalo Bayou Park. I also like the fitness center which is convenient and never very crowded for the days when I don't want to run outside.
