The management team is worthless. The maintenance team is sorry with the exception of Eduardo. The housekeeping staff is sorry. They never clean the entry way nor the hallways. The corporate staff is sorry (United Apartment Group) When it rains outside it also rains inside the apartment. This has been going on since July.

Since the new property managers have taken over, the property has gone down tremendously. The "security" gate is always open. The elevator in Building 5 is consistently inoperable. CONSISTENTLY. There are stairs but no ramps for residents who have limited mobility. When asked what do they plan to do about the residents with limited mobility when the elevators doesn't work, they do not have a solution. I've filed a complaint with The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. As a senior complex, this is unacceptable. The elevator has been inoperable several times this year, and this latest time it's been since July 4th. Today is July 15th. I've seen many residents with canes & walkers gingerly maneuvering themselves up & down the stairs. The complex also needs general maintenance & more cleanliness in common areas.

I have lived here since 2006 and do not plan on going anywhere anytime soon. The staff has changed for the better in the past few years, and maintenance has always been extremely qualified. It was hard during covid but we are now getting our monthly activities back. the new manager is getting things fixed that had messed up. Jennifer picked a good replacement in her place.

The Villas is its own private community. I have lived here over 10 years and dont plan on moving out. Grounds are always kept clean. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Office staff is so cheerful and always has ways of making us old folks smile. Love my home

My name is Larry Smith III, Alley was a wonderful person, she really helped me out a lot because my dad lives there and he’s a senior. She’s an overall great person for help with leasing. I count on her for anything my parents need help with.

I had 2 MAJOR repairs ignored 1 for a year the other for 4 1/2 mths. I reported it to Stat. Mgr lied & threatened to evict me if i short paid rent to pay for repairs. Mgr was promoted despite constant complaints on rude, belligerent caustic treatment to tenants. The Regional VP and Mgr set up an entrapment mtg & when I walked out they filed a false SLANDEROUS APS report. refused to renew my lease so reported to state again. Were caught lying and more. RAT. BUGS, DRUGS, WEED SMOKE IN HALLWAYS, DOG POOH ON SIDEWALKS, BLACK MOLD ON SIDE WALKS. Men Found sleeping on Stairwells , pot holes, no common area housekeeping because she is helping maint guy. No background checks so renting to felons, car crimes, Hookers and more. Corporate office hires unqualified people at low wages to keep profits high then promotes within to continue that profit pattern. End result is the property deteriates into a garbage dump with major issues. I would not reccomend this place to even the ----- himself.

If i could post a negative number for safety and staff i would Manager is a caustic belligerent person. Leasing agent is Lazy, a liar, and has zero people skills. Services, amenities and activities all cut by owners. High Crime , rodents and bugs

1. Security gates are not working 3 out of 4 weeks. 2. the office is closed on Saturdays and the main building is locked. 3. The office personnel all go to lunch together and lock the doors for 2 hours during lunch hours. This happens several times a month. 4. they advertise coffee and conversation every morning, but refuse to make coffee on Wednesday and Friday. they will not even let you bring your own coffee and use their hot plate to keep it warm. 5. they say they are trying to safe money by not having coffee each morning, but they can afford a new treadmill! 5. The brochure says they have a full service kitchen. They use to cook breakfast for the seniors, for a slight fee, but quit doing that about a year ago. 6. The trash bin is always full and overflowing. 7. Work orders for maintenance are not responded to in a timely manner. You have to call and call and call to get anything done. 8. All this, but monthly rent has not gone down!

We have had maintenance issues since the beginning. We have had cockroaches since moving in. We have had the exterminator come, two different companies during our time here. We bomb the apartment every time we leave town. We bought every product at Walmart & used it to no avail. We reported our refrigerator not working 18 days ago. No response. Our toilet was leaking clean water for over a month. All the tiles around the toilet came loose. They finally replaced the cracked water tank after my husband called & fussed. There was orange fungus on the baseboard that they finally took care of two weeks later after more phone calls. Work orders seem to be ignored until phone calls complaining are made. We replaced the entery carpet after our dog tore it. The next day the cleaning lady somehow bleached two spots in the new carpet. Our dryer only works on one cycle & sometimes that doesn't work. We reported that 18 days ago. The pool is not maintained to a safe level. Dead animals are left on the grounds. The Memorial Day storm knocked 3 baby egrets out of their nest. I reported them on the walking path. They laid there & rotted. The magots ate them. The sidewalk is bleached out where they lay. The fire alarms have gone off so many times no one pays attention to them. Many residents have figured out how to disconnect them. If there ever is a fire a lot of people coud die. They have great activities and parties.

We love this place! The property manager is awesome and pleasant to talk with and the staff is great! It's the best place to be.
