I have recently visited this community and it is very quiet and the apartments are nice. I really like that this property has a pool, tennis court, and a play ground where I can take my children to play.

Not sure but you got to be ------ to like it. Talk about the apartments not what 1 person did to help you get your life right. I lived over there for almost 2yrs and i never worried about going to the office to much cause they dont do s==t. My bedroom ceiling caved in I asked to be placed in another unit I had to call everyday 2-3 times a day for them to fix it. They did a sloppy job and then stained the carpet even worse. When I moved in nobody came up to walk the apartment with me I complained that they need to give me new carpet that lady Rhonda wasnt about s==t she claim it was good carpet but it wasnt it was worn out. When I would go to the office for maint. nobody came out on time I had to go 3 days in a row just for an air filter. I didnt become buddy buddy with the office staff like the females over there I worked and me and my son stayed in the house are gone. The ones that dont become freindly they find a reason to go prowling to raise your rent to pay what the apartments aint worth. I would recommend them if you need to get on your feet. Im happy in Layfette Village now.

I can't say enough good things about Coolwood. The office people are friendly and Ms. Shay in the office is amazing. She helped me with my resume when I couldn't get a job. I ended up getting a job in a week and don't have to worry that i can't pay my bills anymore. I don't know anywhere else where they help people like that.

I really like my apartment here. They are getting ready to re-do some stuff to like new carpet and appliances and stuff. The people in the office are cool and the girl in the office, Shay, helped me do a resume and get a job.
