*The people play music till 4 or 5 am in the morning and security does nothing. *The roads and parking lot are trashed, pot holes everywhere. There is garbage all over the ground and cat poop every where. Stray cats all over the place, they climb on the cars, on your balcony, and fight all night. *Maintenance still hasn't fixed the 2 inch gap under the door but its only been 6 months. Every time it rains the water comes inside the apartment.

Overall it is okay. The staff is nice, the maintenance doesn't usually help right away or listen to urgent requests until I start getting upset with the front office and THEY communicate that to maintenance. Otherwise if I don't raise concern then they ignore urgent requests. Theres been a few times Ive had a maintenance emergency close to closing time and no one would help me until the next day. Theres also a lot of stray dogs or offleash dogs which makes me feel uncomfortable walking my dog, as shes been attacked before by a pitbull and it was bery scary. Theres also dog feces all over the place, most likely from all the stray animals. I saw a stray cat the other day begging for food with a sticky mouse trap stuck to its back and it was very sad to see. It was too skiddish for me to help it. But overall I like my apartment and my neighbors are nice.

the phone is hardly ever picked up , the apt floods inside, and i happen to get unexpected fees that i was never told about and even though i live by myself i still have to pay the absurd amount , paying all the fees literally added up being a months worth of rent , ridiculous.

Was lied to bout apt features from get go. Never follow through. Takes forever to get anything taken care of. Had to write a notice of liability to get things done before. Have had rodents, roaches and even fire ants that I had to personally deal with. Any time a topic is reintroduced to staff, they seem as though they don't understand what you're talking about. Have never had so many complications with any other apt before.

Have decently enjoyed the community that I live in however since INDIO has taken over I've had multiple issues with the lease not transferring over, my rent has jumped up about 200 extra dollars due to fees on water gas and sewer that was not part of the original lease agreement with the previous management company. It would have been nice to have at least received a notice regarding these changes. We have also had issues with getting notices to vacate days after paying the entirety of the rent posted to our pay portal due to these fees not being added until the 5th when rent is due no later than the third of each month as posted in our original lease. If these issues were cleared up and communication with the leasing office was easier then this would be a fantastic place to live at. As of now however, it is simply average if not subpar.

I honestly have not liked living here ever. I like the apartment I live in. There are a lot of things that need to be done by maintenance but if it's not an emergency it's not gonna get done so I don't even bother any more?? which is really frustrating. That and the only way to talk to them is in office which also is inconvenient bc of the hours they are open aren't good if you work hella a lot. They dont ever answer phones, that's even if they work. And the area isn't safe either. I do like the security on site 24/7 though. Granted the only thing it's cut back in is the teen activity which are the ones that broke into my place 2 times in a month in broad daylight. Also the prices of these apartments what they raised them too arent worth it at all. Not for all the issues you always have

The management is trying their best with the mess they inherited. And have done their best to make everything right. That said, the work orders are slow going at best but again things are somewhat overwhelming so understandably it takes time to get things done
