This place is disgusting. Rats and roaches every where even possums.. Gates broken, cars broken into. Manager is rude and unprofessional, she lies a lot. You walk into office for anything you see that door closed. No interaction with tenants. Maintenance does what they can, but it’s not them. These gentlemen have no support from manager. Rent else where and do not waste your time here. If you read a good review it’s a lie, it’s there peeps writing it for them to make it look good.

DON'T RENT HERE!!!! They love to steal your vehicles and when you go to the office to complain they only know how to tell you "ITS in your contract" we aren't responsible for that. No security until Friday - Sunday Who isn't even a security. The roads in these apartments have potholes everywhere you go. Rats and roaches are everywhere. Their plumbing sucks the water smells like sewer water, and it comes out brown. The pools are never opened, and the playground is in the back of the apartments and isn't a playground. They charge so much in rent but can't fix anything like really.

I have lived here for 3 years YouTube video: I have lived here for 3 years and only one was late by only 3 days on my rent 1 time which cost my over an extras $200 in rent applied to my rent. I bought a new car while I lived here and parked it along the fence line that Mirna told me was all visitors parking when I moved in. However this was about 2 years after initial move in and I had no clue they changed the visitors parking. Either way my vehicle was towed and it cost me $240 plus a days worth of work because I couldn't get my vehicle back till afternoon. I am constantly harassed by security guard toting a shotgun. He talks to my child rudely. We kill 4+ mice every night. I have requested tons of maintenance work for things that never get fixed. If anything they break things. I had my faucet get replace and I never asked for it then the next morning was a saturday and the faucet shot off and water almost over flowed my bathroom. I was shoveling water with 2 trashcans because the tub wasn't draining fast enough. I had them put a seal on my door that i never asked for. They slammed my door about 50 times trying to force it to shut. It never would shut so the guy just left my door open and walked off. I had to remove the seal. The power goes out regularly for hours at a time about every 2 to 3 months. They never call you back and emergency after hours never answers either and if you lucky enough and they do, they never actually send anyone. My ac broke on memorial day weekend and nothing but voicemail. I had to fix it on my own. Now I am trying to move out and have submitted my 60 day notice and they want me to pay $370 to a RUBS payment before I can move out. My rubs is usually around $70-80 a month. Also, the whole time I lived here the AC units didn't have emergency shutoffs. I mentioned something and now they all have one. I was always told everytime I complained about something, Mirna would say, "It's just business." There's more and I'm not the only tenant with complaints. They literally exploit their customers for profit. They are the true definition of slum lords. I'm an easy going person and hardly ever complain, but once I was told I would have to pay nearly $400 bucks just to leave, I figured I would tell my story.

I just move out from this place due my job relocation but it would be a great place to stay longer. They have done a great job in the last 12 month with the new fitness center and having both pool fully renovated. Despite driveway still need some improvements it is actually better than when I moved in, common areas are very well maintained and the property is very quiet. I've heard couple of neighbors with pest issues but not on my unit. Overall great experience. Thanks to Mirna and new lady from the office to make my stay pleasurable.

The play ground for the kids is sad , advertises two pools but only one is clean and they hardly ever open it!!! You have to dodge major pot holes from the entrance gate to the exit so prepare to bottom out somewhere. The office barley ever answers the phone. Some of The laundry washers and dryers have been broken for over a year. I renewed my lease because I didn't have funds to lease a new apt else where and when you renew your rent goes up!! Smh i can't wait to move I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Do not rent from here unless you like mice and rats. I only lived here for 4 months and I had to break my lease because the mice and rats yes I said rats are ridiculous. You can hear them in the walls and when I patched up the holes I found not maintenance but me patching them up the mice and rats stayed out for 1 week in a weeks time they chewed more holes in the wall behind the stove and under the bathroom sink and came back full force. We put down glue traps and caught at least 10 a week now how livable is that? They have 20 buildings with 16 Apartments in each building and only 25 visitor parking spots so 2 of my visitors had their car towed costing them 289.00 to get it out. The lady in the office that sits in the middle is really not nice at all. If you can take your time and find something else please do especially if you have kids my poor baby was so scared of the mice running around even in the daytime while we was just sitting down in the living room watching TV so we would stay sitting in the bed when we were home so they couldn't get to us which is no way to live. These apartments need to be shut down on and let's not mention the parking lot is awful you will need new shocks in a month after driving through that parking lot daily. The only good thing I can say about this apartment complex is that recently they hired security and they walk and drive the complex all night so safety is very good.

This morning I woke up at 5:30 and was sitting up in bed listening music when a huge rat ran from under my bed and into my closet. I went into my living room and then I saw another one, this time much smaller, the mice ran behind my dining room set and into the kitchen. I have never felt so sick and disgusted before. The living condition is deplorable. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move.

I have been here less than a month and this morning I woke up to find my car broken into... They stole my stereo, two GPS and two new shirts i bought on Saturday and to add insult they stole anti-freeze which was almost finished. I don't recommend these apartments at all at all.. Drive inside and the parking lot is full of pot holes. Don't be fooled by the front by the office, drive inside and around. Patrick 10/19/2015
