Responsible party Gisela Reyes (832)614-5859 Property manager for Villas On Woodforest- E44 captain called OEC for issues with the Fire alarm system (faulty smoke detector head). Klassic Alarm company is responding today to change out the unit and until then Eduardo Cadenas (832-293-8028) will be on fire watch for Building Two.

Housing violation, VILLAS APTS, does not have a dumpster for the tenants. Tenants are having to place trash on a "FLAT BED", and then hauled away.

The fire alarm system in building 2 is defective and cannot be reset without removing smoke detectors. This disables the elevators due to them going into fire service mode, but no fire service keys are available. The on site maintenance is not available and does not respond to calls. Due to the various problems in the system it is highly suspect that it is non functional. I've tried without success to contact you. The apartment complex I live in has weeds in excess of your 9" policy. In fact, these weeds are approximately 6 plus feet tall. I have asked the manager to look into this but I have had no response from them. Also, FYI I have killed three snakes coming from the high weeds. Respectfully, please look into this.The address is 451 Maxey Road, 77013. The area in question is the area from the garage buildings #8 and #9 at the East end of the complex.
