I had an excellent experience working with Tyari Swayne at my apartment complex. From the time I entered the office she has been professional, reliable, and extremely helpful. She responds promptly to questions or concerns and goes above and beyond to make sure you comfortable. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and genuine care for the community truly stand out. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and in keeping the property running smoothly. I truly appreciate everything she has done to assist and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming apartment community.

When I first moved into this community, it seemed like the perfect place to call home - calm, peaceful, and serene. However, over time, I've come to realize that it's the people who live here that truly make a community safe and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience has taken a drastic turn for the worse. I've been a victim of mailbox theft, not once but twice! The first time, they stole my bank card, which had sensitive information. I only discovered this because I was expecting a letter, but when I went to check my mailbox, I found it broken and wide open. To make matters worse, my bank account was wiped out shortly after. Thankfully, my bank conducted a thorough investigation, and I was refunded the stolen amount. But that's not all - we've also had to deal with aggressive neighbors who seem to thrive on creating unnecessary commotion. There's one neighbor in particular who insists on sitting on the stairs in front of our unit, spitting and smoking cigarettes, and leaving the floor nasty with saliva and cigarettes all over. It's absolutely disgusting! And if all that wasn't enough, we've even heard gunshots in the apartment complex. Just the other day, I saw three teenagers sitting on our stairs, smoking. When my son went to throw out the trash, they were gone, but as he was walking towards the trash, he saw them there, this time with guns. I heard multiple gunshots, and my heart dropped and rushed to the balcony as I watched my son run for his life. I quickly opened the door for him and locked it behind him. He was shaking and could barely speak. I had to calm him down before he could tell me what had happened. Yesterday, we heard another gunshot. It's clear that this is not a safe community for us, and we will not be renewing our lease. We're going to start looking for a new place to live somewhere where we can feel safe and secure. We used to have security, I don't know what happened to that! One day, they just vanished!

I have not had problems that was not handled...I have been here 5 years and about 5 months, and I need new carpet in my bedroom. Even its just the parts where it is puckled and coming apart. my front door at the bottom catches the door where it won't closed..the stripping at the bottom and around the door and its hard to close at times. I need new batteries in my Fire Alarms...I have a question??? Am I suppose to have a Fire Exstinugisher in my kitchen area somewhere? Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I'm very happy to be a resident at city park 2 at Westpark the only thing I wish the residents to pick up they dog feces. I'm sure you all start charging the owners for picking up behind the animals, then we should not have this problem. And the money you collect from the residential tacks that money and use it to install doggie cans along the back fence
