I can't say enough great things about my experience at Alexan River Oaks! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. The leasing team was super helpful throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Maintenance is also top-notch – quick to respond and always professional. The amenities are fantastic, and the community vibe is unmatched. Huge shoutout to the entire team for creating such a welcoming and luxurious environment. If you're looking for a place that truly feels like home, Alexan River Oaks is the spot!

Living here has been great so far! The location is so convenient and the amenities are amazing. It's starting to warm up I'm excited to use the pool for the first time. If you’re in the market for a new apartment, you’d do yourself a disservice by not touring here before making a move.

From the moment I toured here, I knew that I wanted to live here! The staff is so friendly, it’s a perfect location and really beautiful! Another perk for me? Concierge! Very convenient for packages etc.

Resident events are one of my favorite things about living at ARO! The most recent was a wine down Wednesday and it was great. Jennifer the leasing agent set up and stayed to talk with resident until the last resident left. The events are a great way to meet your neighbors

I toured this building as my lease was set to expire. Before going in I took a quick peak in the garage and around the building and was pleased to see plenty of parking and it was clean. I toured a unit with Jen who was very knowledgeable in regards to the building and the surrounding area. Every question was answered without hesitation. The unit I toured was very spacious. Although I did not go with this building I would definitely recommend
