Since moving in I have not had many issues with my apartment that have not been fixed in a timely manner. I have been living here almost 4 years. The only issue is the switching of management and communication but other than that it has been a smooth ride.

I have lived in these apartments since I was in the 11 grade. I recently moved into my own apartment, let’s just say my experience has been awesome. The management (Marilice) has been very sweet and welcoming. I’m so glad that she’s here because she keep’s everything running smoothly. If there is any problem she will make sure it’s fixed in a timely manner. She actually cares about her residents. The leasing consultant (Darleen) is outstanding! She has helped my family over the years and we’re so grateful for her. She’s always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that residents are enjoying their stay at Shoreham. Marilice & Darleen are a dream team! They will get you moved in and make sure you’re happy with your stay. Not to mention they make sure to give back to the community and plan fun events to keep the community connected. If you’re look for a place to stay Shoreham Apartments is the place.
