HHD - Shivam Patel 281-620-5074 - Shoreham apartments at 2450 Aldine Westfield has had on going issues. They hired a plumber and the plumber believes there is an offset joint at the city tap for the manhole IB075101 on Aldine Westfield. He also stated several taps on Tidwell are decaying and concrete is falling into the line. Could this be further investigated? The invoice is attached along with the picture of the manhole on Aldine Westfield, the plumber has placed a orange paint on it.
