Not only were they deliberately damage your items including having staff that cannot fix things properly they will tell you that they not going to replace the items that they damage and have a maintenance to tell you that your stuff is damaged when it's not so if are y'all don't go here they'll make false allegations about you, lie about a lot of problems including the fact some apartments are flooded here and try to harass you by saying something is damage when it wasn't and deliberately damaged not only your sink but try to damage to where your apartment is flooded good luck

I leaved at heather brook for 4 years. The apartment people are rude and disrespectful to there tenants.. My apartment got flooded by upstairs neighbor and all they did was say im sorry for that and had the people to come dry the carpet not even replace it sad. Also my apartment got broken into and they did nothing took them for ever to fix my door with the second lock on it and also they had bed bugs and try to make the tenants pay for extermination witch is not ower responsibility because other neighbors was complaining as well... So i moved out a week before my contract was up and also turned in my 60 day notice way before then and keys and they lied and say i didn't do none of off all what do i want with yr key's ---- ones ai was gone didn't want to come back so they are full of ----.. Trying to make me pay $ that is not even owed .,,i would like to get in contact with corporate.

If you want your apartment broken into, be my guest. They don't come look at your home at ALL to see the damage. The noise over here is ridiculous half the time. Popping fire crackers with no kind of events happening, gunshots, visits by police and ambulances? Yup, it's all here folks.

Experiencing how they have treated our loved ones and family members, we would never recommend or refer ANYONE to live/reside on their property. They lack the ability to address a situation with care or concerns. All people are not the same. Therefore No person should be stereo-typed. My sister was treated like criminal trash! Truly, and most definitely, she is a living and true example of the One that believes in Turning The Other Cheek! Tarantino as a corporate company should portray professionalism. Not only were they not professional, they were very rude! They should have handled the matter properly or professionally, a full investigation is on the way.

Well, where do I began concerning Heatherbrook apartments. Tarantino's managment is awful no wait, TERRIBLE. And just imagine they have many properties even with elite clients. The landlord, ----------- is very rude. The property is filled with criminal activity--Auto thefts, drugs, home invasions, pay your rent in person or it will be taken out of the dropbox by criminals and you will be responsible for paying your rent twice in one month. The management will plead the fifth and you will pay. The manager never walk the property. Your car will be towed if you park on the lines. (Beware persons who are deficient in parallell parking) It is a nightmare reporting her to her superiors at Tarantino Properties. ----'s supervisor, ------------- does nothing when a tenant reports to her concerning her staff or the property. (That's if she will return your call). I tried to contact the CEO and he has not bothered to even send an assistant to return my call. The only way ---------- VP at Tarantino will come out of his hole is when you sue the company. Be prepared to get a good attorney.

This property is one of the horible unsafe properties to move in. Your car will be stole. You will share your apartment with roaches. You will get only attetude from the office when you have a complaine. There will also be peaple out side with loud music and kids running around at all hours. Be ware if you move in.

Complex was new when I first moved in and it was nice. As the years rolled on management as well as the complex fell apart. No one seems to care enough about where they live. You can hear gun shots at all hours of the night. And god forbid you get neighbors who party all night. The walls are super thin and you will hear everything they say. Even if you complain the next day they are at it again. And thats if you can get passed the abulance syrens and the police car syrens which go up and down Tidwell at all hours of the day and night. After I moved out I was told that I would get my deposit of 150.00 back but it is not 21/2 months later and I have not seen it yet.
