Don't move to this location. The Manager, Paulette don't know how to talk to people. She will tell you how she don't like children, and to think this is a multifamily property. She is always in somebodies business. And trying to ---- anything with a ----. Sometime she even come across you asking what you, a female like in bed. Let's not mentione, she'll offer you her husband. He must be sorry or she is gay.

The Management staff don't know what they are doing. If you think you are complete with your paper work, don't even think of it. Everytime you turn around they have a new Manager. They must don't pay no money which may be the reason why they can't keep no one.

Sewer propblem everyweek. the city has been out so many times. ---- backing up in our apartment on a regular basis.

Cars always getting broken into. Did I mention the 3 gangs that is over there - they are residents also.

They hire resident's in the office, who are crack heads.

Everyone they have tried to evict. When they went to cour, management lost because the tenant appealed the courts decision. They still haven't move. But why should you move when the office can't even keep correct information or a staff that knows what the facts are instead of how much Paulette don't like you.

But if you want to stay somewhere for free then this is the place to be. Besides you can get all the drugs and stolen clothes to furniture that you want. There is so many drug houses on the property. HPD is there are least 3 times a week. They haven't done ----. Collected a pay check.

The maintenance staff speaks no English. How can you communicate with them.
