Be VERY CAUTIOUS at this apartment complex, and make sure to get everything they promise you verbally, in writing prior to signing a lease. The leasing staff Norma & Brent are nice and attentive. However, there is a clear disconnect with the manager, Diana, and the staff on what incentives are and what they tell prospective tenants. They will over promise and under deliver in order to get you to sign and fill apartments quickly while keeping their spending budget down!

Since move in its been a consistent mess. The leasing office has no problem not telling you that your unit may sit right in front of moving train that goes by 6 times daily and in the early mornings. The walls here are VERY thin. That in the summer the pool parties are loud. That you can hear everything from everywhere. They tried to move me to other areas that was just as loud. Cars get broken into.. and homeless come time it was the leasing agent trying to come into my unit with no notice. The most units are not worth more than $1000 a month yet they are $1500 and up. Aside from that corporate, leasing, management are shady, liars and two faced. And very very unprofessional. Once you move in is going to be a headache.

I recently had the pleasure of touring, and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service provided by the Leasing Team. They were all fully welcoming and accommodating. Norma gave an exceptional tour experience with her knowledge and guidance, providing me with surrounding spots while addressing all my questions. Norma was patient, showed me various options, and never rushed the process. I fully recommend The Oliver, it is located in a great area with a lot to do for everyone. So excited to move into my new home!
