Upon arriving the staff here is so welcoming. Kirby guided my mom and I on a tour of the property 3/6/2025, and was very kind and knowledgeable answering all of our questions. Excited to potentially live here! Thanks again Kirby!

Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it is taken care of immediately. So far, Gerardo has taken care of all my requests. He is always so sweet, and efficient! I see him around the building as well, and he always says hello with a smile.

Hi all, I believe Camden reported my review to have it taken down (very telling btw) so I'm reposting it :) Disclaimer this may be a long review, but it is well worth the read. If I could give Camden Midtown negative stars, I would. To be fair, I'll start with the pros. 1. Easy application-- The move-in process was extremely easy, I toured the unit, applied, & was approved within the same day. I moved into Camden in July 2021. 2. Great maintenance team-- the maintenance team are nice & work quickly in regards to maintenance request, I would recommend they monitor the overall appearance of the grounds a bit better though 3. Location-- If you like being in the middle of everything, and are a night-life type of person, you'll like the location. Also, the top floor of the parking garage has a really great view of the downtown area. 4. Quick deposit return-- I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get my deposit back so quickly. Now the cons.. 1. Bugs, Infestations, Roaches-- This apartments are consumed with roaches, & at one point in my building there was like a gnat/mosquito infestation so many tenants (including myself) had terrible fruit flies out of nowhere. The second day I moved in, I started seeing the enormous roaches which would persist, & get worse, over time. I also had small reddish-brown baby bugs starting in July 2022, probably hundreds of them, that got all in my pantry, under my fridge, in my foods. I made a number of requests for a professional treatment, to no avail. 2. Theft/Crime-- This is probably the most frustrating of the issues, mainly bc nobody wants their items taken; but largely bc of the complex's response. They are so passive & undermine the resident's experiences/feelings. To say "oh crime/theft is everywhere", "there's no zip code on crime" is very passive-aggressive & almost patronizing. But to act as if this is just "run of the mill" crime is outrageous; people have been followed to their homes, townhomes have been broken into, women have been flashed/seen men masturbating outside. They claimed to have security, but when I was staying there I don't believe there was security until my last few months. But at this point packages were being stolen every day, sometimes multiple times a day. It was so bad a resident took it upon himself to ask for mail delivery lockers (they don't have any lockers of any sort even though other Camden properties do) for 4 consecutive days. I personally was a victim to the theft, a couple of my school books were taken, among other items. Then, before I was able to get the window fixed from the first incident, a homeless person got into my car and slept there for the night. Absolutely ridiculous. For safety purposes alone, I am very thankful to longer be living there because nobody deserves to feel unsafe at their own home. 3. Cleanliness-- Although the maintenance staff is very nice, the property would often not look good in my opinion, I remember seeing bug carcasses throughout the walkways for days. I've seen liquor bottles. All kinds of stuff, and yet as tenants we pay a particular fee every month just so the community property looks nice. 4. Price-- For everything considered, there's no way the price should be that high. 5. Location-- It is in the middle of everything, if you are looking for peace and quiet, you will not find it here. The weekends have a ton of noise from the club/lounger goers. 6. Homeless-- Homeless people are apart of every city, but sometimes the homeless community gets into the property and does weird stuff and that's why it is a problem. 7. The units-- they look okay on the interior but are poorly constructed. The walls are paper thin, I could literally hear my neighbor's iPhone alarm ringing in the morning at like 6:20 am. My neighbor under me had like a soundbar maybe or was just super loud, either way I always could hear his TV playing, to the point where I could hear the lyrics of his music. I tried to call the office about it and an agent, Ashley, asked me if I was sure because she knew the person. Like ok? Overall, run.

I previously lived here and enjoyed my time while there. It’s an older community for the area but the management has done an amazing job with the up keep! If you like to walk places this is also a great location.

Roach infested! I drove from Florida to drop my daughter off for Grad School on 8/13/22 and we notice after moving in that we discovered roaches. We contacted the office staff and management immediately and they refused to place her in a hotel or another unit while they exterminate. They told her the bugs will be gone soon and didn't care that she is on an air mattress until the next day when her new furniture is to be delivered. The bugs are all over and she has killed over 30 roaches! They are in the carpet and hardwood floor. She is paying over $1500 a month to stay in this INFESTATION! I hope the bugs are taking care of before her new furniture arrives. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
