I recently moved into this apartment complex and couldn't be happier. The neighborhood is fantastic, with great amenities nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful place to call home!

I lived here for 6 months during 2005. The manager Linda Hickey is rarely on grounds, but very helpful and quick to get someone to your apartment if you are in need of repairs.<br><br>The apartments are not amazing, but generally kept up in good shape--new capet, fresh paint, clean pool.<br><br>I highly recommend these apartments for a student, or anyone who wants a great deal on an efficiency: $400 a month all bills paid except for electricity.

read the last review and it´s pretty much all true. however, rent has gone up to $400 a month but hey they pay water and gas. <br> <br>it´s not all that bad, if you just look for a place to crash, and save some money for something better. lease agreements are reasonable. only 6 months and then you can go by month to month lease. and that $200 deposit isn´t that bad either. <br> <br>everything is a short distance away from everything. grocery store, banks, and restaurants. i recommend it if you´re not needing too much. <br> <br>

The Commonwealth offers efficiencies only. <br>The current price for one is $375 a month. <br>Compared to other units in the same area <br>in that price range, the complex stacks up <br>pretty well. <br> <br>My unit had brand new carpet and was <br>freshly painted when I moved in. The land <br>lady is friendly and reasonably responsive. <br>The maintenance staff is shaky, but <br>friendly. <br> <br>The complex is old and has no amenities. <br>The laundry room sucks! The pool needs to <br>be resurfaced, but many units face it, <br>giving you an occasional nice view in the <br>summer time. ;-) <br> <br>All in all, if you want a cheap place to <br>crash once in awhile or are a college <br>student, you can do worse than Commonwealth.
