These lofts are very spacious. The garage is enormous and offers a safe option to store your car. The staff members are great. Emily was so helpful during our move-in. She even gave us a last-minute tour of the amenities after a 22-hour drive from New York to Texas. I recommend this place to anyone looking for beautifully structured lofts in a great area.

Let me start saying that the location of these apartments can’t be beat. The fact that is next to the Buffalo Bayou just makes a world of difference. Same as being close to downtown and to I45. That is just the location, now when it comes to the building itself well it amazing from their amenities like the well equipped gym to the pools and the perfect super spacious apartments, it is just a dream. I just recently moved but I know with certainty that this is already a home for me.

If you are looking for an apartment downtown, this is the one! Even though it is on the west side of I45, it is so close to downtown because of the many really beautiful paths along the bayou that go under I45. It is closer to many bars and restaurants than the apartments on the east side if I 45 and so much prettier. It is amazingly scenic, and so different than it was 10 years ago! The walking and biking paths along the bayou are literally right outside the pool gate, and there is a large grassy area where residents walk their dogs outside this gate as well. There are two pools and although small, they are lovely, and well maintained. Speaking of maintenance, OMG! Everything that needed fixed, they have simply replaced! I moved from a house in the suburbs and had to wait on outside services to show up, had to trust them to not be charging too much, and had to pay for repairs. Apartment living here makes life so easy! They immediately--like same day or next day--replaced everything that I submitted a maintenance request for. The parking garage is very nice and has plenty of parking, with trash cans by every door so you can throw away your empty drink cup on the way in. The hallway floors are so pretty and just got re-finished. And the apartment unit itself is small and expensive, but perfect for our needs right now. My husband and I love Marquis Lofts on Sabine!

What drew me to Marquis Lofts is its location overlooking Buffalo Bayou Park on the Sabine Street Promenade with great trails for walking and cycling. What I didn’t realize is how easy it is to walk downtown. What I also didn’t know was how wonderful the maintenance and management staff are. They have been gracious and helpful from the beginning. They made some handicap accommodations and promptly corrected new problems. Despite the the building’s age of 15 to 20 years, the knowledgeable maintenance staff have done a superb job keeping it in great shape. In short, I feel fortunate to be living here.

By far the best apartment community I have ever lived in! The maintenance team is always on top of everything and take care of all requests promptly. The office staff is the friendliest and most caring group of people! I love Sabine!
