So far I am loving the community, the process was easy and the leasing team has been very accommodating. My apartment is very nice and the community is quiet for the most part. So far everything is good. No complaints

Overall, the property is nice. Maintenance does a good job at being prompt, and for the most part, the front office is also satisfactory. However, I will not renew a lease here. Let’s start with the structure of the apartments. The walls are so thin that I can hear dogs barking, people’s television, etc. and don’t get me stated on the people who stay above me. There’s a difference between walking and stomping all day. Also, people just let their kids run rampant. Being that I work from home, this is a major nuisance. Also, there have been several arguments/fights. I reported one of the incidents a while back, but nothing was done about it, so I decided not to waste my time reporting anything again. Also, the gate is broken a lot which is a safety issue. Again, this isn’t necessarily a bad property , but there are things that need improvement.

Apartment application process very slow. I still dont have welcome folder everytime go in office not ready still don't know how to get on wifi apartment not cleaned upon move in maintenance changed my smart lock once I was locked out and left all the metal heavy razor shavings no trash can no cleaning prior to move in.

I’ve had a positive living experience at Ltd. Med Center. The community is well-maintained, and the staff is responsive and professional. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. While there are minor areas that could be improved, such as parking and designated smoking areas, I still feel at home here and appreciate the quality of service provided.

My experience has been good minus the issue of water and usage not properly being handled. The staff is friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Management can be improved simple cause she does not communicate well, and never in office when I try to address my concerns about the current on going issue

I’ve been here since the grand opening. My experience was good until last year, things are changing. There is so much speeding on the property, loud music and a lots of kids playing all over the place. There is noise night and day. I’m not sure how long I will remain here.

Overall Ltd Med Center apartment is a good place to live. It offers affordable rent with great amenities. Management team are super friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating to any concerns of yours.

I love it here, I love all the woman in the office they really nice and try they hardest to work with you . The I never seen a bug in my apartments . I just love living here it was so peaceful for me and my kids

upon viewing the apartments. I was impressed management was approachable very sweet and nice and was willing to help with anything after moving in. I was even more impressed with my apartment and how things was put together organized and made it easy and smooth for me to transition into new living arrangement so. For I am very pleased with everything.
