The turn around in this office is diabolical and annoying. I just received a lease violation today for coming into the office to ask questions about charges on my rent and 2 people whom I've never seen before and they switch up every 2 days with new office workers and said I was using obscene language and bullying them ??. I've never had any issues like this before. They lied about the amenities like the gym and send emails EVERYDAY about your patio can't have a grill on it ?? like where else should I put a damn grill ?????? we're getting charged every month for ridiculous things like valet trash, that THEY SIGNED a contract for but we have to pay for it. I don't need no damn valet trash. I'm over this place and looking to move ASAP. It's all online rated as the #2 place in Houston for roaches ???????? DONE

I love the fact that the apartment complex is very centrally located within our community. I especially love that the section where I live is primarily one bedroom and so it makes it very easy for senior to live peacefully here

City crossing was the worst apartments I ever lived in . It was roach infested , the dish washer had mold in it , everything in the apartment was just Raggedy and old , my first day moving in the key didn't work to the apartment and they still won't take me out they lease . Poor I wouldn't recommend nobody to live here

Though I am very grateful to have the opportunity to lease from this property, I must say that I am very disappointed in my experience so far with this property. Since moving in there has been issue after issue. I should have known from the beginning that there would be considering I was told that I would have certain amenities that turned out not to be true. I have had my vehicle broken into, people have kicked at my door and beat on my windows several times, requests for service go unanswered and/or often time incomplete when they do decide to complete work orders. The management staff shows no care/concern when discussing serious matters such as mentioned above and have done nothing to make the community more secure. Again I am truly grateful to have my apartment and I work hard to be able to afford it. I take pride in my unit and would love to say the same for community in which I live. The complex itself could use some upgrades considering the cost of renting here. The staff could use better training in providing quality customer service and being more empathetic to the concerns of its tenants. The neighborhood itself is not so bad but the lack of effort with the upkeep of the complex makes is not doing much to add any value to the neighborhood.

The apartment is cute, however, my stay here has not been pleasant and I am ready to leave. Staff barely answer phone, you have to call a million time before you receive a response. My car was stolen and totaled while parked, 2 tenants had their car broken into the same day. My neighbor had his car stolen and totaled last year, seems like a constant thing that occurs here with no help from the apartment staff to resolve this issue. There is no safety measures in place: no camera's, no working gates, no security guard or police officer to patrol the area. Constantly smelling cigarettes' smoke in my apartment from other tenants that smoke in theirs, nothing has been done even after notifying staff of the issue. Roaches, roaches, roaches, no matter how clean I keep my apartment- 1st time ever dealing with this from an apartment. Constant loud music at night, sounds like partying that occurs. Rent is overprice for the issues that occur here and it is not safe living here. Would not recommend this apartment or this area.

This has been the worst experience. I wish I could move. When I first moved in the make ready was not completed properly. The refrigerator and the stove stopped working. The refrigerator was replaced but they will not replace the stove. The outlets have to be replaced dut to a lot wasn't working. The place wasn't cleaned properly at all. There where many other issues. We are without hot water a lot. Just recently my husband's truck was stolen and someone tried to break into my truck. I don't feel safe here.

My experience has been absolutely horrible and when you reach out to corporate they ignore your request to speak with them Nobody ever responds or reaches back out to you these people care more about occupancy than there residents! I have been here months and had to transfer my mail because they won't even give me a mailbox key! My car was broken into and they have squatters they live in their vacant apartments! This has been a nightmare but I don't want to break my lease so stuck Here until it's over because they ignore you smh

My experience with city crossing has been the worst experience I've had with a rental property. The unit was extremely dirty when I moved in and is roach infested. The unit also still smells like smoke after staying in it for 3 months. The leasing manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I can't wait to my lease is up.
