I moved here 2015 it WAS SAFE it was sold 3 to 4 times. I never missed RENT NOT EVEN WHEN THERE WAS WATER NO WATER FOR MULTIPLE DAY'S EXCUSES , LIE'S TOLD BY THE MANAGER LACK OF CONCERN FOR TENANTS. I'VE SINCE BEEN BLESSED TO MOVE OUT AFTER 11 YEAR'S. I'M UPSET BECAUSE LOOKING ON THE RESIDENCE APP THEY'RE CHARGING ME 941.00 I TURNED IN MY KEY'S AND GAVE NOTICE I WAS MOVING. No DEPOSIT RETURNED I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET IT ON DEC.3RD 2025. THE ADDED 941.00 TO HURT MY CREDIT. I OWE NOTHING. I KNOW GOD HAS THE FINAL SAY BUT WHAT'S RIGHT IS RIGHT & THIS IS WRONG. DON'T MOVE THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Move into this place, was put in the wrong unit , the unit was riddle with roaches, was without hot water for 10 days, the bathroom was busted the sink in the bathroom is rusted, , there was and still is a hole in the ceiling still there,, Landlords are suppose to fix things when tenants are in there they have 30 days to do that, these people fix nothing, the stove had roaches in it , the refrigerator had bugs in it, the stove was remove , and they refuse to get me a new stove, , I was without a stove for two months , we went to court and these people has put this on the record knowing fully well the judge ordered a RULE 11 ,they will be sued for going against the judge the case is still on going and I was given 2 weeks to vacate but they went ahead and put it on court records, they will be sued, Their only purpose is to destroy people's credit, they need to remember there is a God , who sees and hear everything. They will be sued and report to the FTC for bad business

She's so mean....the property manager ask me to pay for a door that I did not damage which is unfair because I told her am scared and nt safe staying wit some1 that refuse to leave my house...For 3 weeks I was goin to the office twice daily..calling them ok phone but they didn't come...aftr 2weeks they sent à man that use glue on the door...I went back to tell them the door refused to open be cause the glue was nt gtrong enough to hold the wood....They didn't listen and I hav to go in an out of my house wit force...finally the door spoilt ...I was crying ..telling them am scared because I have alll my documents at home...They came and they strted complaining that I spoilt the door

Since the first day that I moved in I have been having issues. I’ve been living here for almost a year. I had a bad A/C unit and it took them forever to come fix it. And today I have had a water outage for over 6 hours and still counting on 5/2/23. I went to speak to the people in the office and they were very rude and beyond useless. I’ve been trying to get an answer to why the water is out and if they’re going to fix it. Nothing. All they did was scoff at me and laughed telling me there’s nothing they could do. So I had to call the city about the water outage. G H E T T O apartments with garbage piling up for weeks and trash spread all over the parking lots. I’m not one to cause any trouble or disruptive causes or anything of that nature like a lot of the other ------ neighbors. I would avoid leasing here because management is absolutely no help ESPECIALLY FOR A TENANT ALWAYS PAYS IN FULL AND ON TIME.

I think the residents that have been here should get new appliances without having to move to another Unit. Here since 2016 same old appliances. Mold and wet corner's in my bedroom told Management 3 months ago NOTHING DONE 3 DIFFERENT OWNER'S LOOKED I HAVE COPD SO BREATHING ALREADY BAD NOT HELPING. Roaches yes where bad I put down pure boric acid my HOUSE IS SPOTLESS TRASH OUT EVERYDAY NO DISHES in my sink ever. Some apartments are very NASTY UNFORTUNATELY management can't keep your house CLEAN. PRAYING FOR BETTER DAY'S I'M DISABLED and Senior so Thank you for what Veronica Quick is trying to do and the staff.

Nice place to live for the price and location. Although, they lack some amenities like pool or children playground but its pretty decent and well kept. Neighbors are friendly except the family living upstairs who cannot caution their kids from jumping from the couch. The sounds of scare me and my baby sometimes. Am sure the former occupants probably left because of them and i may not renew my lease if this inconsiderate act continue... Otherwise, i love my space here and i would recommend

I love the community,I have never felt unsafe,we have new management Ms.Osbeila, she came with a mission and strong values and I definitely respect that,she has made changes,Mr.Adam,Mrs.Maria,and Ms.Jennifer has always accommodate me with a great deal of respect,also maintenance has also accommodate me with respect and dearly love the housekeepers,I'm definitely looking forward to keep living here....it feels more like home..

this is a joke apartment. very poor looking yet expensive. no consideration for residents that have live there for years. the lady at the front desk is very rude and bitter. roaches and roaches are very predominant in this apartments.

This apartment complex is a joke! I signed a 6mth lease and would not renew if my life deoended on it. The office staff doesn't communicate with each other. The apartment has mold issues. I have a window that leaks every tine it rains and leaves a puddle in my livingroom. Not to mention during harvey having a tree branch come through my window and 2 months later the window is still broken!!! And we dont even want to adress the roach problem!! It is beyond dicusting. Oh and you have hot water maybe 4 out of 7 days out of the week. Ohhh and then lets adress the issue that there is drug activity through out the complex. Good luck if you move here!!!
