I wouldn't recommend to move to this apartment complex because the people drive about 30-40 mph when it should be 5 mph for the safety of the children. A lot of drunk people who don't care to pee in front of everyone else and it's not unusual if you find your car crashed. Now the manager doesn't want to be bother and she will send you with the receptionists. I guess she thinks she is some type of model or something but the truth is that she is a illegal fat lady and thief . There was true rumors she rent the apartments in cash and didn't report them to the owner . And they will never fixed your needs.

i have lived in the apartment since April 2013. The hot water, aircon is constantly going out. The fix it temporarily. The fridge in my apartment was not getting cold and it took the apartment over one month to replace it. the apartment is infested with roaches and most of the tenats do not complain because they are illegal aliens.

That apartment complex was the badness renting experience of my life. There is a flood everywhere when is rain and the management discriminate peoples. Spanish can do whatever they, they live at 6,7 or 8 without any notice to not do so, and they can move out just 1 month after their move in but every body else need to meet the terms of is contract. 80% of residents are illegal even the manager so pay attention of your safety before your move there.

THE LADY THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE AT THIS MOMENT SUCKS. SHE ONLY RECEIVES PAYMENT, BUT DOES NOT HELP PEOPLE FIX PROBLEMS WITH THEIR APARTMENT.

The problem with no hot water used to happen occasionally and would last a day or two before being fixed. Recently however, this problem came yet again and remains unresolved after 11 days and counting... When the staff is asked about the problem, they always reply with "we're working in it." I can see no evidence of anyone working on it however, since the room where the water heating system is located (which is next to the laundry room) is *always* locked shut, with no signs of any repairs being done. Speaking of Laundry Rooms, most of the washers and dryers in this one do *not* work. There are six washers and six dryers, and you will be lucky if you can find 2 of each that actually work. What this means is if there is only just one other person trying to wash clothes at the same time you are, one of you will have to wait. Other problems here include roaches, mice and a security gate that never closes. It could be worse, I suppose. These cold showers are starting to put me in a bad mood though.
