These apartments are the worst ever, I've gone to the office 5 times for the same repair and its still not fixed to this day i have lived here for years and it just keeps getting worst at one time I thought that they were starting to get better and then they changed managements again i still have the same old carpet that i had when i moved in over 5 years ago, Its seems like the only way that you can get something fixed is if you work for the maintenance yourself i have talked to the head maintenance guy about repairs and nothing as happened the patio doors don't open, i need a new refrigerator and stove the front door is broken, still have leaks from hurricane Ike, ihad to fix my bathroom sink myself because it got so bad, not a good place to live, and the trash dumpsters are over filled every day, that why i call it the dump.

I don't recomend this apartments to anyone. well at the same time you get what you paid for. Please make sure you take a look at the apartment before you sighn the lease. That was the mistake we made when we got the apartment. the carpet was horrible it was at least 10 yrs old it was crispy, burned and nasty. when we informed the office they told us they would give it a wash but if we wanted another carpet we would have to pay for it. There is mold everywhere the kitchen sink the bathroom. The ceiling had watermaks. once i droped a wet towel on the carpet 4hrs later it was covered in mold. I was discusted!!!!!!!!!Thats just the inside the outside is worse I just heard a man got robbed with a shot gun in the parking lot. Oh before I forget there are always gun shots at least once a week. The office people are the worse they don't help, and just don't care. Thank god we are finally leaving this place:)I almost forgot there are prostitutes walking in the middel of the street.

worst ever gave me the aparment incomlpete with appliances missing that was aid to me will be but in matter of days but instead took 5 months!!!! when i would call about the appliance they said to wait be cuz they were backed up with alot of AC emergencies well they said that the whole 5 months. On friday my stove was out all burners i called for emergency and was told the only considerd floods emergencies so didnt come check till i went pissed off to office on tuesday afternoon. the worst part is the boy that picks up trash(porter is about 100 pounds} was sent to install the dishwasher in my upstairs I felt so bad for him,he is missing a hand and had to take the never working dishwasher out and drag the new one by his self so i didnt complain when he didnt install it right untill the the apartment under me reported a huge leak coming from my apartment where the dishwasher was.But the worst part is my back patio is completly hanging from one nail is about to fall any minute I've complain because i have a lil one and the sliding door never had the lock on it its very dangerous they said they are taking care of it but its not done yet. I would really want to fine a number for the city to inspect because what has hapend to me is nothing compared to residents around me. :(
