Expensive, apartment dirty, tons or rats roaches , and elevator is never working, once you tell them about anything to fixed they say they send someone or try but if you tell them you are moving out they are quick to try to fixed knowing that people do work , and the amount of mold is all over the bathrooms, they come in and paint over it . Now you see your light bill is $400 to $500 monthly they came in to see the problem and did not fixed the windows, then a year later the manager when to see the windows and did not fixed them . But now I finally decided to move out and don’t want to refund the remainder of my money and now they are quick to try to fix the apartment. Also try to call the person in charge of the refunds Yessica and ohh boy rude and will not give you the refund stating she will send it to housing when housing paid for march April and may , ( now is September) and my move out date is oct so who paid for the remainder of the year . Telling you that the money belongs to housing . So they are stealing my money also . Don’t move there they will keep your money and you will have to wait to fixed everything that is wrong . Even ac break down every two weeks . I have pictures of everything just in case . Will check my kids for possible mold .

I have been living at Braeswood for almost 7 years. The property it's getting better. They are fixing the property, working on the elevator, doing remoloding. The atrium is a nice place to live, you te yo know your neighbors and a quite all day. I don't see that much of strangers coming in and out of the building. The housekeeper and the maintenance keep the building really clean, make me you feel great to be in a place call home

The tenant elevators(2) in the lobby have been Out-Of-Service for more than a year. But don't feel bad, before they are more time out-of-service than working. Feel free to use the Service Elevator which works most of the time. If not you have to take the emergency stairwell. Take your flashlight with you, because some of the floors have no light and you like to see what you stepped in. The smell in the house comes from the carpet in the hallways after the flood last year, from the Marijuana friendly environment or urine. Don't move in the upper floors if you handicapped, or you have friends who bring you what you need. Because without the elevator you have no chance to survive.

Horrible I move there in 2014 I've been there 3 Years. I live in #701. Don't want to fix anything .dishwasher been broke since last year .I was out power in one room for two years ...and it still not working .the elevator been broken since last May .in the flood ..you got drug dealers prostitution in and out of the building the manager Dulce and Brenda . The maintenance man sucks. They just move anybody in the building the pool does not work at all its display as if it work . The inside the carpets need to be pulled up it has got flooded ..when the flood water came in building .it may be mold under the carpet we would never know because they would never pull it up. You have residence urinating defecating in the staircase where you have to use the elevator does not work...sewage come up in the bathtub I have posted the picture I have sent them like ever notice to repair things they did not respond to them I sent them A note certified not respond..they learn how to put the rent sign outside though and tell people that if you late it's $50. I'm going to push the issue and call Housing Authority because no one should have to pay money and live like that.

What ever you do dont live over here.... they don't fix ---- and the elevator stay broken. Rats run around like they are kings and queens around here. The management quick to tow your car and charge you out the ---. But want fix the apartments nor the a/c. They charge so much for rent and ready to charge you for a day late fee but want fix ---- around this place. They have their ---- in the wrong place. This place should be call rat montel for crackheads. Oh! Dont let me get started on the back stairs. ---- and piss and i mean it ---- on the wall and piss all over the stairs. I really hate even given this place a 1 but you have to rate them ugh.

This property is a mold, bed bug infested place. There is no bug exterminater. One time last year I seen one "bug man" and he looked like he just smoked meth. The "mantinace men" aren't license to fix anything. They fix the problem temporary if they come to fix it. Ive waited two months almost for a shower rod. And I still had to go buy my own. My a/c leaks after I turn it off. The pool is a green swamp thats never been open. There is a big open grassy area outside but no play ground for kids. So the kids will play in the inside. They complain constanly to parent about this but cant fix our problems as paying teneants. It all about money money money. Its different prices for rent. They charge what they choose too. The front doors are always broke. One office worker lives on property and she just come to work to get a check. She has no compassion for the people who are doing right by this property. Drug dealers and more hang out in front back and inside the building. They blame black resident's for everything posdible but not the -------- residents. And they sell drugs and take them too. Its piss and ---- all in the stairwells. People have big ans small dogs that ---- and piss everywhere. The alarms are always going off. Bottom line when my lease is up im GONE! Please please do not move here. It will be the worst mistake a person could ever make.

I live in the Atrium and the place lobby area flooded due to mold and the Mgmt didn't replace to carpet and the whole first floor flooded and the bldg is just disgusting.The exercise room has mold everywhere and the Mgmt is very poor.They hound you about the rent but they don't make repairs in a timely manner, if takes months for repairs to be done. The manager only help --------- and she's rude, mean and very unprofessional.The elevator hardly ever work and there's disabled people who have to walk 6 to 7 flight of stairs at times.

Stay away from this place. The elevator doesn't work, the smell is horrible when you walk in because the carpet is about a billion years old and looks like it, too. The air conditioning in my apartment breaks every two weeks and all they do is send a maintenance man who doesn't speak English to "fix" it. Most of the kids just run around in the building with no supervision. The neighborhood around it is poor and run down. STAY AWAY.

This place is an absolute dump!!! The ownership, management, and maintenance are worse than you can possibly imagine. EVERYTHING is broken and NOTHING is hardly ever repaired. Conditions are worsening. The manager is rude and ignores most request. The only time you receive any attention is when they feel you owe rent. Do yourself a favor, don't even consider living here. It's not worth it regardless how low the rent they try to sell you on. Living here is barely a step above being homeless!

this is a terrible place to live. the building itself is nice but the landlord seem to care less about the residents. The water pipe been a constant problem since I moved in back in December 2012 whereby the A/c has to be turn off. I feel sad for the family with babies. This Houston where is hot as hell. I tire of this' tired of all the assurance that they are working on it. the Landlord had 5mths to work on this not wait...we are now in summer. This is not a place I will recommend to anyone to all. it makes no sense that I am paying rent and I have to got out and rent a motel to sleep in b/c no A/C....the hallways and room is so hot. A/C worked for few hours, I feel it one and go out to it would cool the room after 2-3 of no A/C, by time I got back, the room was hot...as soon as you walked into the building, it is hot as it can be...outside was cooler than inside
