Citizen stated previously of condition of the unit is unacceptable flooring is damaged had to come in an deep clean after office stated everything would be new and clan that's not true , Holes in the walls and roof , fridge doesn't work properly , stove doesn't shut off , and air conditioner hasn't worked since moved into unit . Also, states nothing is working at all and unit is inhabitable. Please make contact with tenant.

apartment is flooding
It has been over a year that the A/C has not function correctly. I have reported multiple times and still not fixed. They only put like freeon but do not fix it and it is Hot out and they are telling me they can not send anyone until Tuesday. Please help
