This Assisted Living Community is just wonderful! My mother has been living here for about 8 months now and she is just as happy as can be. Management is great...the staff overall is great because they greet you and make sure you are well taken care of. Activities are offered for the residents there and it is just an overall homey place...especially for seniors who are looking for a "new home" where assistance is provided when needed. Not at all like a nursing home, because most residents there are very independent and are social and welcoming with anyone who enters the building. The housekeepers go and clean moms apt. every week and as needed, the caregivers answer promptly to moms call when she needs assistance with bathing or dressings, activities are of interest to her, and I could just go on and on about Atria. Most importantly, I have found a great place for my mom where she will have the assistance she needs and a place she can call "home."
