I loved my apartment at the beginning because of everything it had to offer even with the space being small. Now I can't wait for my lease to be up. I thought about renewing it but I refuse. My neighbor constantly complains about everything you could think of. You walk to loud she complains, you speak to her she complains and etc.. She looks for things to complain about and making me not feel comfortable in my own home. The apartments also like to charge you for everything. I have mold in my apartment and it hasn't been replaced. My child has continued to have a breathing problem because of it. Parking is horrible in my section. Overall the apartments are alright for the location. I just refuse to be bothered with my complaining, nagging, rude a$$ neighbor. If it wasn't for her then maybe I would stay but I can't see myself dealing with her any longer. I think 2 years is long enough so a 3rd year want be in my future unless she moves.

The best apartment in the area because the place is always clean and the grass and shrubs are cut frequently. The parking area is very spacious even if you have visitors. The maintenance people are hard working and they can fix whatever is wrong in your apartment, and they do it professionally. We really like the free food and free drinks once a month and we've been there quite a few times. We really like the fitness center. We save a lot on electricity bill because the apartment interior insulation is excellent. Lastly, the front office staff are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and their outstanding customer service are the best. I would definitely recommend this place :-) Macario & Fritz

I have lived here for awhile and I think it is great. For the area it is the best. The apartments are updated. I have granite tops and they have a really nice work out center. The new manager is so nice and the other people in the office are also very friendly. They do a resident breakfast every month which is really good. Maintenance is good and very fast. They keep the grounds very clean. I have always felt safe here. I plan on staying for a long time. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I have been living at Reserve at Bankside since they first opened after remodeling. In the beginning I was happy to be staying at a new updated complex in the "Fondren" area, but let's still remember it's "Fondren". During the day time it's all peachy keen but when the sun goes down it's a different story. I don't know if the apartment across from me is cursed but every individual or couple who moves there is involved in some type of domestic violence and abuse. At night there is literally fighting and arguing in the walkway. Just this past weekend for super bowl and young lady sat on the stairs for hours crying that her boyfriend kept ramming her head into the wall. Before this couple another couple would fight all hours of the night and you could literally hear their kids crying. Bathroom cabinets do not have shelves for towels. My neighbors sell drugs. I and family members have seen them selling out in the open. One male even asked my cousin visiting for the weekend if he wanted some "blow". So the reserve at bankside is leasing to drug dealers now!!!! or I guess part time drug dealers. Don't let the granite countertops, crown molding and black appliances fool you. There are men hanging out at night smoking marijuana and watching you as you come in and out of your home. Also if you get a good rental rate it won't last long! In the short time I've been here I'm paying a house note now but in this apartment with dirty rust water constantly coming out of the faucets. I have reported the complex several times to the City of Houston. An inspector informed me that the complex has a private issue with the pipes and that the water is clear on the City side. I see that management frequents this site stating how they strive for excellence and professionalism. Yea, ok. I suggest to anyone please visit this complex at night or ask residents that you may see around the complex the real deal. I saw the leasing agent showing an apartment to a young lady with a young child one day. And when she was leaving the property I forewarned her, and she appreciated my warning. She agreed with me that it would not be safe for her and her young daughter and also the high rent that goes up a hundred dollars each year unless you make below minimum wage to be on the so called low income rate. I can not wait until my lease is up. As soon as I signed my new lease and drug dealer moves next door. No ma'am. Unacceptable. The was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I came to The Reserve at Bankside looking for an apartment about two months ago. I fell in love with there customer service and the way they treat the tenants here in the apartments. I am now current rent and have been for awhile and I have no complaints as of yet. Jarrod, Indira and Frank have just been such an awesome staff here in the office. I must say I have never been treated with so much respect in any other apartment complex like I have here.

I would like to acknowledge the friendly and helpful assistance I received by Indira Lindsay. She is truly a blessing in regards to attitude and customer service. She goes far and beyond the call of duty to be compassionate and caring. I am a prospective resident and look forward to moving into Bankside!

I don't recommend no one to move there. At the end of your lease they try to keep your deposit even tho your apartment is clean they try to find things for you to pay for. When giving your 30 day notice they give you a list with a bunch of cleaning expenses for light bulbs, Windows and normal wearand tear on carpet. if you can avoid living there tryst me do so!!!!

I been living here since early 2011 and I love my complex.. I always get compliments about my property. And I love the ppl in the office especially Latricia epps.. She is always pleasant and sweet. And will try her best 2 her tenants happy. Over all I have and will continue 2 recommend ppl 2 move here.

I've been a resident at the Reserve at Bankside since September 2011. My stay thus far has been very pleasant. Your office staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Anytime that I've requested work orders maintenance has been on top. Work orders are taken care of promptly. My concerns about the property are taken into consideration and I can state them. The property is well maintained at all times. I would refer a friend to join your community. Kudos to your entire crew at Bankside!
