The Reserve at Bankside is a lovely apartment community. It is clean and quiet. The apartments are designed for families or singles. The grounds are well kept. Calls for maintenance are answered promptly. The staff is professional and friendly. It is a very pleasant place to live!

After living here at this complex in apartment 1107 for a year I am so happy for my lease to be OVER!! Apartment is over ran by roaches Refrigerator, Stove & microwave...I found roaches alive and dead in each of these locations. I have been on the spray list every month every week, finally had to do a complaint with health department because the office thought I was lying to them well i have picture and if i can post them I will. So after I contact the Health Department now I am getting calls, emails and even had my apartment entered into without my permission why I don't know. It was turned upside down and not put back the was I left it, this after the office called me spoke with me and didn't even mention they were going to go in or that they had been in. They are just nasty if they come clean anything they dump it into your sink and make you clean it up. After they did the 10th roach treatment lost count at this point I had to argue for them to come and clean up the mess the company made. Then was just told that the previous tenant had dogs and where too damn nasty...but now there are baby roaches everywhere. I thank God for a place to stay and thank God for a new place to go. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. Can't eat stressed and loosing weight because I am unable to cook a meal in my kitchen I pay for each month without roaches crawling on the stove while cook, on the refrigerator , or actually in the refrigerator. Embarrassed to have any one come over and can't even warm up food with out seeing dead roaches int eh microwave....No more security, police here for domestic fights all the time, visitors always taking up parking and blasting music all times of night, nosy rude as neighbors always in your business. Only move here if it is you last resort and you have no other option. Honestly the apartment is nice but nasty!!!!!!!!!!!

We've been here a while. Still waiting on a decision regarding assigned parking. It would cut down on people having 2 and 3 cars in one household who does not abide by the rules about parking their "extras" in visitors. Also, the water bill is unfair in my opinion. I know management cannot monitor every new tenant, but it's annoying when you have ten people living in a unit, but the water is allocated on the total building usage. If it's only 2 of us and 10 of them, how is that fair? They finally installed speed bumps, which is a good thing. Some people drive as if they are in the nascar 500. Last and final, this is the first apt complex ever that increases your rent each time your lease is expiring as if we are living in river oaks. We've never been late and usually apt complexes give you some incentive on staying. Not increasing every time. Nevertheless, we stay because it's overall good on the electric bill and overall quiet. But if they keep increasing, we may just need to move to river oaks.

I highly recommend staying at this apartment complex. Even though the location isn't ideal, the actual complex is quiet and peaceful. The deposit is a little pricey but that's really the major problem.

I've been living at the Reserve at Bankside for a year. I really like my apartment. The grounds are well kept. my view is wonderful, i have no complaints so far. The front office staff is always very nice me, with any questions that is ask.
