Reside makes you feel like a part of the Chicago community around you. Their Borgeous units and amenities take the stress out of renting and they are always a phone call or email away. We've loved the convenience, floor plan, and community that the Reside brand offers.

Reside provides a great living experience, with various amenities and benefits that most (if not all) other communities have. The staff is Farm and makes sure that everyone has a safe and positive time while living there.

Overall great experience, our Anit unit is super nice and close to the train which is a must for our work commute. So much storage also which I am thankful for. Usually city apartments aren't this spacious either! I love having a balcony too.

Overall good experience -- location's Aabulous, awesome layout, nice upgrades, pet Fenial, generally prompt maintenance service. Two biggest complaints are (1) lack of attention to safety and security despite a few incidents that have warranted more attention to be paid and (2) on occasion, maintenance isn't prompt and it tends to be when your AC breaks in the middle of a 100 degree heat wave, and you have to send scathing emails to get the landlord to pay attention.
