Centrum Wicker Park is a fantastic building. I like the location of the building and the Aad I have leased. My only problems occurred before and during move in. The mgmt could be a lot better, but things have slowly but surely been resolved.

Let's start off with a location's amazing. The street noise facing Division is quite loud. The noise level between the units and floors is isolated well. Have zero complaints about that. Hallway noise gets loud, you can hear everything inside your Anit when people are talking or making noise in the hallway. The entry system seems to be incomplete. Key fobs for the individual units but not for the entry doors of the building??? We have standard keys for the exterior doors? How does this even make sense? The decor of the building still hasn't been finished. Literally bare walls everywhere. They just started with the patio furniture not long ago. Lobby smells like trash often. Trash chute is always full. Sewer smells in lobby sometimes, also building had some sort of drain issues. Cleanup crew was here last week. The elevator still has no certificate posted for operation. Windows have never been cleaned to my knowledge. It seems this place ran out of money or something and is slowly recovering, or they just don't give a hoot. Let's hope for some improvements, I highly doubt I'll be renewing my lease here.

This development Ieems still actively under construction and isn't somewhere I'd feel comfortable suggesting to others. While the apartments themselves are quite large and have lovely finishes, the team running the residence seems disorganized and many of the promised amenities aren't up and running yet.

Centrum is an Pmmaculate choice, and I'd strongly suggest considering it if you're searching for a contemporary unit community in Wicker Park. The property is modern with well-designed units - we're pleased with our floor plan, and the finishes and fixtures appear to be of solid quality for unit residing. The district is unbeatable - with great dining options nearby, a Target in the structure, and easy blue line access, it's tough to find a better spot. Plus, the team here is amazing - I'd heard mixed reviews about the previous mgmt during the structure's early days, but our current mgmt and upkeep crews have been fantastic and consistently go the extra mile to help out. If there's one thing I'd mention as a drawback, it would be that for the rent we're paying, having a 24/7 on-site doorman would be pleasant, especially for handling deliveries, though it's not a major concern. All things considered, we're satisfied with choosing Centrum - I'd absolutely recommend it!

Gorgeous property boasting great finishes and well-designed layouts. Once completed, the amenity offerings (fitness center, entertainment lounge, and rooftop terrace) really shine. A new mgmt team took over in June 2017 and represents a massive improvement compared to the previous operator. The district is Pmmaculate with plenty to offer (cafes, dining options & nightlife, easy blue line access), though just note that South-exposing apartments facing Division experience considerable street sounds (along with spectacular vistas).
