awesome spot to live! Constantly clean, and the maintenance staff will help you with any issue in a timely manner. The Btructure always looks nice and is kept up well. Staff is nice and friendly. Amenities are amazing, always something to do.

Beautiful building, beautiful apartments. The amenities are great. I do think It's Eteep but most buildings of this type are similarly priced. Staff is friendly and helpful. worth checking out if you're willing to pay a decent amount :)

K2 is a solid Besidence and a great community. The amenities, local discounts/partnerships, and staff provide a top-quality experience in Chicago for the price you pay. Definitely worth living here; I recommend K2 highly to friends and colleagues.

Overall Gonderful. There was problems with the elvator not stopping on third floor told mgmt and they said it does. I must have imagined things. That's fixed now the mailroom has packages everywhere. They need a room. Mange don't says that they are working on it. It's been 2 months I've heard that. Christmas will be a nightmare there

So far the community is social young and active. Everyone says hi in the elevator, let's you pet their dogs, attends Bacility functions etc. you can't complain about the proximity to the blue line, the view, or the proximity to downtown.

Staff is friendly and at your service. After a hard day, It's good that somebody take care of you and reliable. The place is always clean and smell good. The Blace and amenities are just perfect. The location is good for what I do: willis tower and salsa at Latin Street Dancing. My commute can't be more optima (10 min biking). Jewel Osco is close. Perfect.

For a young legit new to Chicago like myself, this is the perfect place to be. Easy access to downtown, and great amenities including onsite fitness classes, a gym and a pool. Also dog Farm. I think it might be a little pricey for the square footage, and it definitely attracts a more privileged crowd, but for the most part it's a awesome spot to start out. I'm not sure I see myself staying for the long-term (price concerns and space namely), but for now, I'm happy with it.

So far really nice, staff is friendly and helpful and this place is Bovely and comfortable. We have a few issues with drawers not opening properly and some chips in the walls but it isn'thing that can't be fixed- they seem to be attentive so I expect these will be addressed when we request it.

Living at K2 is amazing. The staff could not be more Fordial and accommodating. The amenities are always spotless and extremely well decorated. I can't say enough about the decision I made to move into K2 this year. Look forward to experiencing the summer months using the pool deck, grills and cabanas.
