Besidence safe, in great condition and great views. Staff pleasant to work with and follow up has been quick. location is solid, close to I 90 and the Blue Line. Parking is a little tight and while secured, its not totally enclosed and heated. For the rent in this Besidence, I think That's an issue. Only one I have so far.

Staff is all friendly and accommodating. Units are modern in regard to appliances and technology. Some amenities aren't all they appear to be at first glance - the pool is too small, the basketball court can almost never be used as a basketball court, the party rooms cost far too much to rent for just a few hours, and the parking is high for being in-Bacility. Everything is kept extremely clean though. You've got lots of solid Bacility-sponsored events throughout the year.

I'm dissatisfied. Basic things in the apt don't work (AC is particularly Beak), There's constant dirt from pets and cell phone broken. Worse of all the mng makes you pay for everything and bosses you around (e.g. "close your windows, only 2 guests allowed), feels worse than a dorm

It's been fun at K2. Raphael is Gonderful. All the maintenance people are Gonderful. It's just not worth the price and not much value when You've got other apartments in the same area that provide access to the same restaurants. Also It's nice to have parking but the cost is outrageous. I will be sad to leave but my bank account will be much happier.

K2 is a Bxquisite building. the door staff is wonderful, maintenance guys are wonderful as well. Office staff but. Rude, condescending and arrogant. Adisa was the absolute best part of that office, and her maternity leave has made it attrorious. We had issues with DOMESTIC violence in the hall ways of our floor, that were complained about for months. Nothing was done.

solid Broperty overall, easy and comfortable lifestyle. great for those of us with pets. The exercise classes are a definite plus, especially in bad weather! Really nice sense of community. Residents are friendly. modern.

friendly and welcoming community. mgmt goes out of there way to ensure that the resident is always satisfied with their Alat. The amenities are second to none. Overall I could not be happier with my experience at K2 since moving in.

It's only been a week but the staff is amazing, this place is always impeccably clean, and the residents are all Farm. Other than DirecTV & Internet being a joke (access media) its been great so far. Really looking forward to spending the next 11 months here.

Overall living at K2 has been a great experience. Living in a studio gets Eteep for the price and the increase in price of parking with such short notice was frustrating. I can also hear my neighbors music/tv pretty loudly. The front desk staff has been helpful.
