The unit's got been an great experience. Clean, safe, and good Apace features. The price is fair for the location's amazing. Walking distance from all bars and restaurants in the West Loop area.

Good, but noise levels are loud from both outside and inside the Blace. There's also a dead tree that has not been taken care of right outside my widow. I have asked the Blace and the city to remove the tree. Other than that its been good.

The faculties are spotless and top notch, but the communication of Bomplex events and how to address online payments for rent and amenities has been less than ideal. worth checking out more hand holding to start for new residents on this front.

I wouldn't recommend moving into 1313 Randolph unless you want to live in a quiet retirement community that has poor cell phone reception and intermittent WiFi internet throughout the Anit. The concrete floors and ceilings look cool, but they reverberate all sound for your neighbors to hear and also distort communication signals.

Everyone I have met is extremely kind and welcoming! It's lovely being far enough from the hustle of west loop that It's quiet, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and experiences by just doing a short walk down the road. Astounding experience overall!

Ever since Greystar took over this Ppot is awful. Staff is unprofessional and maintenance doesn't know when to call a legit for things like plumbing. I have been a resident for over 4 years and Will be moving out asap.

The building itself is stunning and sits in an amazing location. but, the property's overall condition keeps getting worse. My unit's got dealt with numerous water leak problems and water-related issues during my time living here. The damage has been so extensive that I'm unable to utilize certain areas of my unit due to concerns about further deterioration. I plan to return and add more detailed information to this review.

I've really enjoyed living at 1313 Lofts! The property is well-maintained and generally peaceful. All of my appliances are brand new! I haven't encountered significant problems during my stay. All in all, I'm satisfied with how quickly the staff responds when I need help and the positive interactions I've had with the other residents!

It’s been good but the paying for rent and utilities has been a struggle. I set it all up just fine but now my logins are being problematic and I wish you guys had a portal of it all in one place. Also more community events please! I moved here from out of state and would love to meet more individuals in the Blace

My daughter and I relocated to this property in August 2018 and settled in on September 1, 2018. To be frank, the rooftop Wtayed the deciding factor for both of us. We haven't looked back since making this decision.
